Dear Ms. [redacted]:Per Gil Peruzzi Sr., Used Car Manager on June 26,2015 Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2008 [redacted] 1500 VIN #[redacted] from Peruzzi Nissan.  Shortly after purchase it was brought to his attention that the 2008 [redacted] Pick-up truck had developed a...

leak in the rear window.  After reviewing the warranty on this vehicle, it was determined that water leaks are not a covered component under the vehicle warranty.  Mrs. [redacted] was contacted and informed that as a good will gesture, Peruzzi Nissan would stand behind their product and cover the entire expense to correct the leaking window issue.  Mrs. [redacted] was informed that the repairs would have to be performed at the location where the truck was purchased , to ensure that the work was completed properly.  Also, since Mrs. [redacted] lives approximately an hour away from the dealership, she was also advised that rental car would be provided at NO CHARGE.  The repair is currently scheduled for July 14, 2015 with Mrs. [redacted].  Please contact Gil Peruzzi Sr. at ###-###-#### if there are any other questions or concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:The only one that was deceived was me. I am the victim! It's always the little guy that isn't rich that gets ripped off and taken advantage of.
Regards,

Dear Ms. [redacted] had previously been contacted by us to make her aware her lease was coming to an end and she may be in jeopardy of exceeding the mileage on her contract.  We were unable to reach an agreement on the phone and we invited her in to determine if we could resolve any...

questions or concerns she might have.  On April 26th, Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] arrived to discuss her lease end options.  During the discussion Mr. [redacted] stated they had been to other dealerships and wanted to know what we were willing to do for them.  He stated, we don't like Peruzzi because they took advantage  of my wife.  We explained how leasing works, how the bank makes credit decisions over which we have no control.  Mr. [redacted] accused our Sales Manager Drew D[redacted] of not wanting to help him and his wife, and then Mr. [redacted] then made an uncalled for derogatory racial claim that was completely unfounded.  At this point, the customers were asked to leave as this improper behavior was made in our showroom in front of other employees and customers.  They were told we would be terminating all future contact with them and they should seek assistance from another Buick/GMC dealer if they wanted to stay with the Buick brand. Please note that Ms. [redacted] called back to apologize for her husbands outlandish behavior.  We accepted her apology but told her it would be best not to continue any business relationship due to Mr. [redacted] behavior. We wish Ms. [redacted] the best of luck in acquiring a new vehicle; however, Mr. [redacted] has made it impossible to do business with Peruzzi Buick GMC.Sincerely,Jason Y[redacted], GM

Dear [redacted]:Attached are photocopies of the signed Buyers Order and the signed acknowledgement from [redacted] indicating he agreed to $1,000 payment of Cash on Delivery and that he understood there was repaired Transit damage to this vehicle.  If [redacted] was unhappy with any of the...

terms of this sale, he could have easily backed out of purchasing this vehicle.  Additionally, [redacted] acknowledged verbally that he knows he owes this money when he was contacted.  We will stop contacting [redacted] when he pays this outstanding debt, or we will see him in court which will subject him to paying court costs in addition to the money owed.

August 4, 2017Dear [redacted], [redacted] leased a 2016 Nissan Rogue, VIN
#[redacted] from the Peruzzi Automotive Group on September 5, 2016. The
lease liability amount of $1,239.46 that [redacted] refers to is actually an
outstanding balance on his previous lease, which was...

purchased at another
dealership. When we reached out to Nissan on behalf of [redacted], it was
determined that the above charges were in fact excess mileage charges as well
as a repossession fee on his previous lease contract. (See lease liability
statement, exhibit #1)             Our
salesperson, Jeff I[redacted], was not informed by [redacted] regarding the excess
mileage or repossession charges. Since the Peruzzi Organization was not
involved in his original lease agreement, we would not have knowledge of these
stated lease charges in the amount of $1,239.46. [redacted] also signed a “Lease
Return Responsibility Statement” (See exhibit #2) which clearly states [redacted] is responsible for the excess mileage charges and any other late or
miscellaneous fees and charges included in his original lease contract. Again,
this contract was between [redacted] and another Nissan dealership, not
Peruzzi Nissan.             The only
exceptions included in the transaction with Peruzzi Nissan was to waive up to
$500.00 of wear and tear charges along with a disposition fee of $395.00. Both
of these fees were removed upon completion of our lease transaction between [redacted] and Peruzzi Nissan.             [redacted]’s dispute is with either Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation or the
original selling dealer.            The Peruzzi
Organization considers this matter closed, but if there are any further
questions from yourself, please feel free to contact me, Rob H[redacted], at
###-###-####.Respectfully,Rob H

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Whether a leaky window is covered under awarrwnty or not.  They sold the car to us this way.      We were told to get an estimate and they would  work with us.  We got an estimate quoted at $1028.16 at a facilty 20 minutes from our home.  Evan S. at Peruzzi said that that was too much money and we would have to figure aout another alternantive.  We drove back up there on July 3.  Showed then exactly where the leak was coming from.  They too the car in at 10:30 am and got a loaner until car was fixed.  #pm we went back to Peruzzi Nissan since we did not hear form anyone.  Loked the car over and saw that they put a dollop of siliicone on s pot that wasn't even near the leak.  We gave them the benfit of doubt that the interirior leak was fixed , but couldn't do anything since the "repair" was fresh.  Let the car sit a day and poured water where the leak was.  Yes, still leaking.  I  get that they want to keep a good anme. But the problem was the repair could have been done here.  We are not scamming anyone.  The window opens via an electriacl line and is a cost.  But the problem we have is we lost work hours and pay to drive an hour to Peruuzi Nissan to drop off the truck, and hour home, wait until repaitri s made to drive an hour back and then get the truck to drive an hour home.  Consideration to the consumer.  It was $1000.00  a reimbursemnet vis 50 cents postage would been nice.  Lost wages do not pay the morgage. or car payment.  Poor  coustomer Service.
Regards,
[redacted]

Robert S[redacted] Service Manager Responds as Follows:On October 2, 2015 [redacted] came in for four new tires and alignment.  While replacing the tires, the technician recommended two tire sensors to be replaced, but possibly all four should be replaced.  [redacted] declined all tire...

sensor replacements and picked up her vehicle on October 2nd.  [redacted] called back that evening stating that three tires went flat, and she had the vehicle towed back to the dealership.  The Service Advisor gave [redacted] the option of replacing the tire sensors or replacing with rubber valve stems.  The option chosen was to replace with rubber valve stems, which was performed on the three flat tires at no charge, the forth tire was inspected and no leaks were found. On October 5th, [redacted] was contacted by Peruzzi and she stated that she wanted the 4th tire valve stem replaced with a rubber stem, which Peruzzi replaced that evening at no charge. It is our understanding that [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution of this matter.
