Tony's Used Tires Reviews (1)

Dear Sirs,
In response to complaint ID#[redacted] a Mr. [redacted] regarding the purchase of a [redacted] RV with approx. 12,301 miles on the RV. I would like to take a moment to mention some very important information dealing with this transaction between Dick Gore's of [redacted] and...

Mr. [redacted]. First and foremost when our company sells a used RV of any year it's pointed out to all customers other then what ever factory warranty that may be on the unit it is sold "AS IS" with out question after taking possession of the RV. Secondly Mr. [redacted] is a professed retired [redacted] and had all the opportunity in the world to look at, test drive and examine the RV before taking possession and signing the paperwork and seemed happy as they left our dealership on the day of delivery. Thirdly Mr. [redacted] traded a class B motorhome in towards the purchase and prior to coming in for delivery we had asked if the generator on his trade was in working condition and we had been told YES it was. It's important that it be operable because of the cost of repair on such items can be crazy.
The day of delivery of our used RV to Mr. [redacted] he arrived with both a [redacted] we were getting from him and his RV trade. When showing us that everything was working on his RV trade he could not get the generator on his unit to start though he tried for sometime and I expressed my displeasure but allowed him to take possession of the [redacted] from us.
Mr. [redacted] had contacted us some time later regarding his wanting new shocks ( on a RV with 12,000 miles?)a spare tire that was never on the RV when traded to us and or when Mr. [redacted] looked at the motorhome prior to or on the day of delivery and numerous other items. At that time I mentioned that I too was disappointed because the cost of repair on the generator on his trade was nearly as much as his request of $935.51. His trade required a new carburetor and three hours labor. After we talked I explained that I would reimburse him for the cost of the oil change an key fob that happened to be $106.09. I then placed a check request for him and assumed he received it because until his complaint to the Revdex.com I had heard not a word. All Mr. [redacted] had to do was pick up the phone and tell me he had not received his check for $106.09 I would as I will now find out why he didn't and will be sending him by registered mail his check for the $109.09 ASAP.
Many Thanks [redacted]
