Tony's Window Cleaning Service

Review: I contracted Tony's Cleaning Service to: 1. wash windows/screens; power wash deck/sidings of my home on 6/20/12. I removed some small sponges in several widows to clean and replace. Tony's staff cleaned the windows and sills as part of the window cleaning process. When I went to return the sponges to two front windows it appears that the workers left food on two of sills and this food attracted aunts. I have a photo of one sill. If I had not returned the same day this would have likely resulted in an ant infestation that whose source would have been difficult to detect. When we had the lawn cut the next day it also became evident that they threw the water with chemicals used to clean the windows onto the grass, burning the areas where the water was thrown. Both the leaving of the food in the windows, and throwing the water with the chemicals on the grass appeared to be intentional and possibly malicious.Desired Settlement: The cost of the services were as follows:

1. Cleaning/windows screens $120

2. PW Deck $200

3. PW Siding $200

A total of $520

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although I do not accept their response I will create additional stress for myself and pursue this any further. I will just not ever use them again/or recommend them to anyone else.
