Too Fit

I purchased their pre-work out and it came in a timely manner. I immediately had an adverse reaction and I called and emailed to get a refund/return on the item. I didn't hear back at all until I received an advertising email which I responded and asked why my original requests weren't being responded to. A *** corresponded with me but it took an incredible amount of time to finally get the return/refund initiated. After several attempts and excuses from him, I finally got an email letting me know that my refund has been processed. It has been a long time since I've heard back from them and I have not received my refund. I purchased the product in November and it's almost February and I have yet to receive my refund. If required/requested, I will provide all the proof required. I have kept all emails and phone logs. I informed them that if I didn't receive a response I was going to report them to the appropriate authority. I don't believe they took into consideration that I actually would. I'm active duty military and I purchased the product to help with my training. It didn't work and I was taken as a joke.
