Too-U Auto

I am filing a complaint, which I should have done back in 2009. I bought a vehicle from this company and decided to bring it home did not make it half way home and car overheated. I took the vehicle back several times at our expense, each time the owner told us the car had been repaired. Did not even have the car a week and the owner refused to fix it. When I threatened to report him he stated he would switch the motor which he knew was bad with another used vehicle motor from a different car instead of fixing the problem he was trying to band-aid it. He kept putting us off long enough that we could not take it back using the lemon law and we were stuck with a car that would not run, and a payment to go with it.
