TooGood Tree Service Corp

Review: TooGood Corp removed a tree from our backyard. They had quoted us $350 for the job. They arrived and did a good job removing the tree. They did NOT leave a bill for us. 3 weeks later there was a bill dated 10/16/13 on our doorstep. On 10/26/13 my husband received a text message from the owner of the business asking for the payment but used curse words. My husband immediately text back and said that payment would be in the mail and we had 30 days from the bill date, but it would be no problem. He also asked why there was such hostility. The owner replied with more curse words (f word, etc.). I eventually called the owner of the business to rectify the situation. He repeatedly called me names and cursed at me. I tried to get across that we received the bill approximately a week ago and that I would be happy to pay. He then ranted and raived that he would take us to court. I was completely shocked that this man was cursing and would not listen to reason. Me and my husband pride ourselves on our credit as I work as a credit analyst and he owns his own small business. Eventually the owner ended up hanging up on me cursing the f word. I have never been so horrified with the behavior in my life. It seemed that their might be some mental issues going on for him to behave that way. He also complained that the job should have cost more than his quote. This was never brought up until he started cursing and as the expert he should know how to quote jobs. I would highly recommend not using this company.Desired Settlement: The check was mailed the next day after the crazy texts and phone call from the owner. I let him know that we would be contacting our neighbors who might use him and also the Revdex.com.
