I would like to respond, If you read the txt from his complaint, it goes to show you exactly how Mr [redacted] exaggerates, Mr [redacted] did in fact call us and stated he had an issue with water protrusion into his basement, we did in fact miss an appointment to go out and analyze, these are the facts, during that time frame he made this complaintSince then we contacted Mr [redacted] and went out to his home however, Mr***’s basement was leaking on all walls in huge areasThe soil pipe that was installed was not leaking, the water marks that were on the wall were from the old line and was very evident as it was colored with rust due to the old line being made out of cast ironThe new line was made of PVC plasticBut since we missed an appointment we went ahead and dug out line on exterior, and re installed epoxy sealant on inside of wall even though it was not leakingHe seemed happy and we have not heard from him since
