I would like to respond, If you read the txt from his complaint, it goes to show you exactly how Mr. [redacted] exaggerates, Mr [redacted] did in fact call us and stated he had an issue with water protrusion into his basement, we did in fact miss an appointment to go out and analyze, these are the facts, during...

that time frame he made this complaint. Since then we contacted Mr. [redacted] and went out to his home.  however, Mr. [redacted]’s basement was leaking on all 6 walls in huge areas. The soil pipe that was installed was not leaking, the water marks that were on the wall were from the old line and was very evident as it was colored with rust due to the old line being made out of cast iron. The new line was made of PVC plastic. But since we missed an appointment we went ahead and dug out line on exterior, and re installed epoxy sealant on inside of wall even though it was not leaking. He seemed happy and we have not heard from him since.
