The customer and I already had a lengthy email conversation, unfortunately he ordered the wrong part for his tool. As told to him by email and phone conversations...
electric parts, service kits, lubes and oils are not exchangeable or refundable due to the nature of the item. This policy is written on the site and on his invoice. This policy is in place from our vendors and we can not go against their policies. Here is a copy of the customers invoice were it tells him our policy on electric parts.

I will never recomend anyone buying from this company ever. After placing an online order and waiting 11 days for it only to find out it was never shipped. Called them many times and they never answer the phone. Left voice messages and they never called me back. I emailed them and they never responded. It wasn't until I went to my back that they found a phone number from the company that processed my payment.After calling them they said they would get back to me in 24 hours which they did not and I had to call them again. They finally had someone from toolpartspro call me back and it was a young lady who was not professional at all and blamed the delay on her being the only one working there. Not my problem! She then stated in a nasty tone that she would refund my money and also said my order was in front of her and she would ship it out that day. I skepticly gave her another chance. After a total of 19 days my order arrived. I could have drove a 40 mile round trip from my house to get the order myself but had never had any trouble getting an online order. Very horrible experience.Don't buy from this company online
I ordered a part on July 7th and didn't hear anything back from them so today on the 14th I called and had to keep calling back to get a hold of a CSR. They told me the part had to be special ordered and I will receive it by the end of next week and then hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions...Why didn't they contact me to tell that I would have to wait longer for a part I need? If I had known I would have to wait 3 calendar weeks to get the part I wouldn't have purchased it from them. Just a heads up for anyone else I would call and ask them if they have the actual parts you need before you order. Very sour taste in my mouth, This is a case of not having best practices for the consumer...

Review: I purchased a rotor for my miter saw at toolpartspro.com on December 22nd, 2015 and up to today January 29th, 2016 I still did not receive the part. I had called the number which provided on the receipt many times and I got so many answers. One person told me the part will ship the next day, another time a person told me the part came in damaged they had to reorder and they will ship to me as soon as new part come in. I even complained on their facebook and got the reply that my order on the ready to ship. Up to this time I still receive nothing and all my plans had been ruin because of waiting for the part. What kind of business is this?Desired Settlement: If toolpartspro cannot fulfill my purchase, toolpartspro needs to inform me for solution then refund my money.

The customer is correct the part was received damaged and we shipped out his order as soon as the replacement was received. The tracking information for his shipment is "Shipped 1/29/2016 3:37:10 PM Tracking# [redacted]" This was shipped via UPS Ground an upgrade in shipping as the customer only paid for the basic shipping option of USPS.

They only shipped my order after I filed the complaint with your office. Why does it take so long for them to reply to customer? If the part came in damaged, they should notify customer that there would a delay in shipping. They only told me the problem on my third call and no apology. With this kind of business, I will not come back or refer to my friend.

Review: I ordered a part on 11/18/15. I contacted via email to TPP due to not receiving my order by 12/1/15. No response to email on this date.. On 12/5/15, I emailed TPP to refund my money. Once again no reply. I filed a complaint to Paypal against TPP to get my money back. I had a credit back from TPP within the hour. This company knowing withheld my money for a product they could not ship. Do not use this company.Desired Settlement: Place them on alert for other consumers as a non responsive company.

I wish I would of done a review search on toolpartspro before I went ahead and purchased a item.. I usually go with ebay but I found the item that I needed really bad at this company so they excepted paypal so I went ahead and ordered from them since I needed this item really bad... I ordered just a simple chuck for my drill from them on the 16th of Sep 2015.. as of today I have not received it nor when I go to there track order does it show they have even tried to send it... so its been 6 days now and nothing.. They do not have a place where you can cancel order online and I would rather not call them... If I could cancel without calling I would of done so by now and tried elsewhere to get the chuck I needed already... I have emailed them but they do not reply at all..... If you read this... Take it from me stay far away from ordering from this company, no communication, no hurry to ship... Nothing....
Review: I received an email for an order that was never placed. I called the company to tell them that I did not place the order. They agreed and said the order was placed by Amazon to be shipped to me. I asked how she received my credit card information and she said she did not. However there is a charge in the amount of $534.41 on my credit card from Tool Orbit on 7/15/14. I asked for a refund of the charge and was told that since I did not place the order and they do not have my credit card information that there is no refund to give.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge of $534.41 on my credit card to be reversed.
I was looking for a replacement arbor bolt (holds the blade on) for my old Delta miter saw.
Everywhere I looked it was a "discontinued" part. ToolpartsPro.com listed it as "in stock".
After placing my order I received an email from PayPal about the purchase, but not from ToolpartsPro. After several more days, I began to worry. After 16 days, however, I received an email from ToolpartsPro saying that the item had shipped, and it listed a tracking number. 5 days later it was in my mailbox, three weeks from ordering.
The special left-hand threads were correct and the thread length was right. The built-in flange on the bolt was slightly smaller, but it still works fine.
They could be a little more attentive with communicating with their customers, but I'm just glad to get my saw working again, and I thank ToolpartsPro.com for the hard-to-find part.
