I placed an order late afternoon on July 14, 2014, for a Milwaukee hard case, the 1800Toolrepair site said the part was availableOn Friday the 18th I opened a chat session on their website and was advised that my order was shipping that dayI decided to chat again yesterday (21st) and was given a UPS tracking number with a ship date of July 18, Today is the 22nd, my package is out for delivery via UPSThe entire experience with 1800Toolrepair fell nothing short of excellent ! The communication was terrific, very pleasant and the transaction was a breezeLet's not forget pricing, they were $8-$cheaper than anyone else on the internet (item price + shipping)I do not know why there were problems in the past but what ever it was, it has been fixed and they have a customer for life, I would recommend them to anyone !

July 21, 2014. I just bought from 1 800 Tool Repair and had a good experience, which wasn't what I expected after reading their reviews. Order came in about a week and was packed well. No complaints. Perhaps they're trying to change their image. I'd normally give a 10 for recommendation, but with their history, I'll knock off some points.

She called me wrong and said the alert was 3 years old. When I informed her of the date of the alert she went on a deranged tirade against the Revdex.com saying they wanted a payoff to remove the alert. Latter I got an email over 1000 words continuing the deranged behavior. She found 2 favorable reviews from the Revdex.com. Odd how the Revdex.com is a kick back scheme when they critique but are honest when something favorable occurs.
Do not buy from this company, they are dishonest and in need of professional help for OCD
