Pat T [redacted] was hired to build a large multi-story addition to our year old farmhouse, which by the very nature of it is a complicated thing to get rightHe and his crew did all the framing up on top of a part poured (new) and part fieldstone (very old) foundationThey did all the addition siding including stripping off and tying into the oldThey put in all the new windows and new doorsPat cut into the old structure and reframed part of the interiorFinally, he roofed the whole addition and re-roofed part of the old to blend, a connection that is invisible All of this was done not just right, but very professionally and courteously, taking great care not to disturb our use of the existing homeHis price was quite fair, and we were very pleased with how flexible he was as we continually adapted the plans on the spot to make better use of the square footage and match up to the wonky parts of the old houseWe quickly realized that Pat can build whatever we need as he is extremely fast yet accurate, with excellent carpentry skillsIn fact we hated to see him leave, because we found even more projects we wanted to give himWe recommend him wholeheartedly, and look forward to having him back to do more work on our historic property
