Not surprisingly, the business provided only a few vague facts presumably to avoid a defamation suit.  The truth is that a new hire promoter there does not like me and that is the only reason I was asked to leave.  It is a private company that does not have to serve me but it is unethical to take my money especially when I do not get anything in return - that is theft.  Had I ordered a meal, ate it and then left without paying, I would be in jail.  They took my money without providing a service at the time they kicked me out.  They should have refunded my money.  Also, everyone knows that it is a reoccurring theme at these types of places where bar owners encourage a community of snobs and want to encourage a clientele of young immature college type kids and will do anything to please that group.  I harassed no one that night - not at all.  To say otherwise is defamation and libel.  The bar as typical was appeasing the snobs that want to dictate the atmosphere.  I was completely minding my own business but because I didn't fit the type of clientele that the bar wants to attract, I was kicked out.  Again, and to be more blunt, it is a recurring theme especially in gay bars where many older bartenders will do anything to appeal to the twink's demands regardless how unethical.
