Dear Mr [redacted] , This order of “Pool Paint – Semi-Gloss – White” was submitted to us from [redacted] on May 16, After a thorough review, we have realized that Mr [redacted] only received half of his orderUnfortunately, this item is no longer available through our supplier, so we are unable to issue a replacement for the missing half of the orderWe sincerely apologize for this error and for any inconvenience we might have caused to Mr [redacted] We have issued a full credit to Mr [redacted] through [redacted] for his purchase and are allowing him to keep the item that was received Thanks for your support
