Review: On November 4, 2014 I called Tool city plumbing to fix a leak in a valve in my basement. [redacted] from Toolcity plumbing came to my home and went to the basement where I showed him the leaky valve. He was down there in the basement approximately 15 to 20 minutes. When he came upstairs he said he was finished that he had also tightened six valves which I did not ask him to tighten. He said I owed him $95. The next day the valve in question started to leak so I called him back. He told me that there's no way the valve could leak one day and not the next and I told him I was standing looking at it and that I had a bucket under it and that it was indeed leaking. He told me that it could not be and continued to argue with me. He said the leak must be coming from above the valve. There was no other leak. The leak was coming directly from the valve. He then told me to call someone else and he would refund my money which he never did.The reason I am filing this complaint so late is because I just now found my receipt for the amount that I paid him. It has bothered me since it happened and I felt a duty to report it. It's not right what he did and hopefully he doesn't do it to someone else.Desired Settlement: $95.00
