I placed an order on Toolsource and received my service jack in 2 days! The Person on the phone was very helpful.

They Sold me a Slide Hammer Kit, The Kit they sent me was incomplete, asked them for a refund.., sent emails for updates, they never responded to them, sent the product back to them and they never refunded my money.., Basically paid them $242 dollars and received nothing but problems and I paid 20 dollars to UPS to ship it back to them, I have proof of the tracking numbers and proof of emails with no response. They did not follow up with me about the purchase after I asked for refund..My Bank did not Refund my money b/c they said the merchant said they never received the tool back.. It seems like very shady business

This was a difficult transaction the customer initially stated that he wanted a refund but wouldn't return the product, we were more than willing to replace the item but we needed to get the original product on the way back to us before we could release the replacement especially since the customer had initially refused to return the product and just wanted a refund. We sent the customer a return label and instructions but the return label was never used. The customer filed a dispute with paypal that causes the funds to be put on hold by paypal the first dispute was found in our favor because the customer didn't return the product. The customer then returned the item to the warehouse without using our return label I can't explain why that happened we have had several calls and emails with this customer. The return was then delayed because the warehouse didn't know who the product belonged to in the mean time the customer filed a second dispute with paypal. During that process we found out that he had returned the product however it was lost in our system because of the lack of proper documentation with the return. Paypal just released the funds back to us so we can now process the refund. Unfortunately when the customers file dispute with third parties it really limits our flexiblity to handle the process efficiently. We apologize for confusion with the customer over this order, by our records he didn't want a replacement item we could have processed the exchange but his request was for a refund.

They still did not provide with a refund, paypal sided with the merchant back in december.. still no refund

The refund will be processed shortly, it should be entered today as I said previously the funds were just returned to us from paypal Our attempt to process the credit this morning failed, the paypal website said they are having technical difficulties we will try again later. Sorry for the frustration I wish I had a better answer.

I would just like my refund.. the bank is open on saturday and today is Monday, three business days has gone by it is still not processed.. If they can call me personally and follow-up with me everyday until this is resolved.. Toolsource has my information.. so does paypal..

While browsing tool source website all items that where not in stock where noted. Placed order on 09/10/2018. After 2 weeks order not received. On 09/24/2018 attempted phone contacted @ *** that went to voice mail. Sent e-mail to customer service. Received return e-mail from tool source stating their server was down and would be processed as soon as possible. 4:15PM same day received return phone call from tool source, Rep. stated part was on back order and would take another 3 to 4 weeks. So far I received 2 separate excuses from Tool Source on why I still do not have my order after 2 weeks. They had all my necessary info to contact me to notify me for the cause of the delay. They advertise rapid service.

Business advertised a part supposedly in stock. They made no effort to communicate problems securing the part. After 2 weeks I contacted Business and received 2 different excuses as to why part was not sent. Due to Businesses incompetence, I had to purchase a new floor jack from another business rather than a a repair part from this Business. The inconvenience and poor customer service is inexcusable. Tool Source is not a credible Business and can recommend that all potential customers avoid doing business with them. After a month I did purchase the necessary repair part from another source for a few dollars more without any complications.

I only received half of my original order. Customer Service had me jumping through hoops with UPS only to find out from UPS that Toolsource was supposed to find my order as the shipper. As of this review, this has been an extended 2 month ordeal with Toolsource. They will not provided me with a refund or a replacement item. I guess your good as long as nothing goes wrong but your SOL if something goes afoul. I will strongly discourage anyone from buying from them.

According to our records this package was delivered we were unable to contact this customer beyond his complaint about the missing package. Ups was also unsuccessful in attempting to resolve the issue with this order. We closed the complaint after a few unsuccessful attempts to contact the customer.
