It is correct that Ms*** car, Nissan Murano was brought in here by a man for her blower motor problemAt the time he brought in the SUVthe blower motor wasn't working and result of that her AC and heater fan wasn't working. We checked the relay and fuses for the blower motor and
everything seemed fineWe knew the problem probably was something else and so we told them to take the vehicle to the dealerWe did not test drive the vehicle before since the problem was related to the blower motor and not anything elseWe have no way of knowing what situation the car was in before it was brought to us.Customer wasn't charged anything for checking as we did not fix anythingLater customer claimed he has other problems after he brought the car backWe know we did not do anything else but just check relays and fuses for the blower motor. We refuse to pay anything because this wasn't a result of our negligence or work. Sincerely, *** ***Owner

Review: I took my vehicle into Toor Auto services on 10/22/2014 to be serviced for a problem that was concerning the blower motor for the A/C and Heat. I dropped the car off with everything working in its normal condition except for that one problem. I went back up their that afternoon and they told me that it might be a modular problem, and that they weren't going to be able to fix it. I proceeded to drive the car back home and all of the dash lights were on and the car wouldn't go past 20 MPH in speed. I had to take the car to a dealership so that they could fix the part that TOOR AUTO SERVICES blew and wouldn't pay for due to their negligence.Desired Settlement: I want Toor Auto Services to refund me the money it cost to fix the car before I dropped it off by them. The car was un drivable after they gave it back to me, and it wasn't like that when I took it to them. It cost me $756 to fix the problem that they caused.

Review: I took my truck in for a diagnosis of a coolant issue. After receiving a quote, I determined I couldn't afford the repair at this time and told them I would come back at a later date. When the mechanic returned my truck to me, he told me he had refilled my coolant. Monday when I left for work my truck got instantly hot so I pulled into a gas station and popped the hood, only to find the mechanic never reapplied my radiator cap. After the truck cooled off I returned to Toor Auto and told them what happened. The manager began to argue with me because they didn't charge me anything, and demanded that I leave.Desired Settlement: I would like the cost of the radiator cap and the new coolant I needed to replace what leaked out due to the missing cap.

Review: 2005 R53 MINI Cooper brought in for alternator replacement. Shop insisted that power steering pump was also dead. They replaced both with remanufactured parts but told us they were new parts. After the first repair, the power steering pump cycled between low speed and high speed every 1-2 seconds. This caused the lights to dim on the car in a pulsing manor. Upon checking the power steering fluid level, I discovered that Toor Auto used the wrong type of fluid; the MINI requires a specific type of fluid that is non-standard. Toor initially insisted that they got the fluid from BMW but finally admitted that they didn't put the correct fluid in. They then flushed the power steering system with the correct fluid. This did not improve the operation of the power steering pump and they next agreed to replace it under warranty. The replacement pump behaved in the same exact manor. I took the car to International Auto to have them check both the power steering pump and the alternator (MINI power steering pump is electric). They told me that I needed a new power steering pump as the noise and behavior where indications of "pre-fail". Took car back to Toor who insisted that the alternator wasn't putting out enough power to run the pump (International Auto noted that while the alternator was a remanufactured part, it was probably working at the time they tested it). Toor alleges that they replaced the alternator and the problem was solved. As soon as I drove the car away from the shop, the problem was clearly not solved at all. Talked to Toor and insisted that they put the new OEM parts in the car and they refused and also refused to refund the money. Sonu (spelling?), the owner, refused to come out and talk to us personally.Desired Settlement: At this point I am certain that Toor auto has no idea how to fix the problem they have created. I will take the car to the dealer to have the proper power steering pump installed. There is no reason Toor auto should be allowed to keep the money since they didn't fix the problem and now the owner refuses to talk to us. The total bill is $1915.04 which, hopefully, will cover the cost at the dealer.

We have received your letter and complaint for Mr, [redacted] submilted to you. Although we don't have to respond to Mr, [redacted] again but as a reputable business which has customers who are highly satisfied

Took my car for oil and filter change. Asked clerk and mechanic if a new filters was included in price. Was told yes by both. Returned home! Quarter mile from this business. My car, 2009Chevy Cobalt, has a canister filter that is along side the engine, and is removed from the top of the engine compartment for changing or inspection. I immediately inspected the filter and found it to be black as tar, and extremely gritty. This was my old used filter. I bought a new filter at a part store and replaced the dirty used one. Returned to Toor Auto to show the dirty filter that I had changed. Was told that they had just fired a mechanic for doing the same thing.

They apologized.
