The
first time ** *** had an issue with
a purchase she made at Toosh we were
very accommodating towards herShe had purchased a pair of rain boots which
she had obviously worn repeatedly and had somehow the color had peeledWe have
a strict policy at Toosh which is clearly posted above the register and on the
receiptdays exchange or store credit on unworn clothing, shoes or
accessoriesThe day time period had passed significantly by the time she
came in with the WORN bootsDespite all this we had agreed to issue ***
a $credit with which to purchase a new pair of boots
On May *** *** had purchased a pair of *** *** espedrillesShe wore
them and even walked in to the store wearing them on the day she came to
complain about themWhen we were shown the shoes we had offered to take them
to the shoe repair and have them fixed for herShe had then said she will come
back with the shoes the following day when she wasn't wearing themAs I have
stated we have repeatedly been more than accommodating with *** ***From
this point there is really not much more that can be done on our end

accessories. The 14 day time period had passed significantly by the time she
came in with the WORN boots. Despite all this we had agreed to issue [redacted]
a $40 credit with which to purchase a new pair of boots.
On May [redacted] had purchased a pair of [redacted] espedrilles. She wore
them and even walked in to the store wearing them on the day she came to
complain about them. When we were shown the shoes we had offered to take them
to the shoe repair and have them fixed for her. She had then said she will come
back with the shoes the following day when she wasn't wearing them. As I have

Review: I have bought 4 pairs of shoes over the last 6mos, 1 pair of boots peeled, the [redacted] would not exchange or refund my money after a big fight he finally returned 1 quarter of the price. Just recently bought a pair of espedrilles by [redacted].. wore them 2xxx,they are now falling apart,the strings are just unraveling. I have spent 400.00 in shoes and boots and he will not replace or fix them,or return my money. HE IS A TERRIBLE PEOPLE PERSON AND AWFUL BUSINESS MAN..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He is trying to tell me I hit my foot and that's why this happened. Tried to tell me the boots really were not for my feet.Desired Settlement: Full amount of my purchases.
