[redacted] has just informed me that of the bills were taken care of already and that he has attempted to pay the $bill but has had to just through hoops because bill is in Mom’s nameI tried to have them send bill in our name but they could notI told [redacted] they should have enough documentation that we are accepting responsibility for bill as I have spoken with the hospitalPlease ask MOC to reconsider the complaint, we are taking care of the bill todayThank YouChristyChristy L***Manager ToothTown of Greeley (formerly ToothZone) [redacted] *** [redacted] Marcus, please find our attached response to [redacted] I am sorry but I have never received any other documentation of this situation I would have sent our response earlierI agree we have been too slow to pay on thisOur process has been to send bills to Dr V [redacted] husband to be paid through sending home with her, I have changed that process and will now scan the bills and e-mail the majority of our billsI have resent the e-mail along with a copy of this complaint to accounts payableAs far as the dentistry that was provided DR V [redacted] attempted to safe a border line non-restorable front tooth on a babyWe exhaust all option before extracting the and year old’s teethThe permanent tooth will not be in mouth until 6-years oldIt is not our neglect that has created this problem but the very badly decayed baby toothI hope for a quick resolution to this complaint.-- [redacted] *** [redacted]

because bill is in Mom’s name. I tried to have them send bill in our name but they could not. As far as the dentistry that was provided DR V[redacted] attempted to safe a border line non-restorable front tooth on a baby. We exhaust all option before extracting the 1 and 2 year old’s teeth. The permanent tooth will not be in mouth until 6-8 years old. It is not our neglect that has created this problem but the very badly decayed baby tooth.
