Same old crap with top one.
Ordered full set of fk8 front and rear v2 vents. Got them in and everything was all good. They looked great. Unfortunately, the fronts rusted badly after only 1 car wash. Attached is a picture of the front mesh, rusted after only like 15 days on the car. I was in contact with top one, and they agreed to send a replacement. I sent receipts as asked. Then all of a sudden I’m ghosted. No reply after multiple emails. Do not buy top one parts as they are s[censored]t at customer service. Sad too Bc I want the rear diffuser but will definitely not gamble on it.

TOP1 is a scam and Thieves
On Feb of 2020 I ordered a front splitter and rear diffuser. During the time of placing my order and the company taking my money they were very responsive and communicative. After the money came out of my account TOP1 stopped responding. I emailed them basically on a daily basis and they replied one time saying 'The products are being produced and will be shipped out" then After a month I started asking again and then around August they answered saying my order would be shipped by Friday. NOTHING WAS EVER SENT. Then they email me some order from another person and said that I was getting a refund but it was not even close to what I ordered or for my car. Really poor customer service and attention to detail. I then just asked to give me my money back and they stopped replying completely. It is now February 2021 and I have not received product or even a email with what's going on. This company is nothing but a scam and thieves. If I could place a negative star rating I would. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.

Will take your cash, will deliver nothing
Ordered from them In May and told 4 weeks. After 2 months and a BBB complaint they contact me in July and say 1 week. It's the end of August and nothing... AGAIN! As a business owner myself, I feel embarrassed for them. They can keep my money, I wont be chasing my rear vents any longer. F* em!

This place is a scam!!!
My son ordered side skirts back in May and has the invoice that he paid on 5/19/2020. Top 1 will not return his emails and their phone # is disconnected. They will not refund the money or send the side skirts after being promised on 7/29/2020 that they would ship the following week. Beware, BBB has an alert out for this horrible company!

No response from the sales email
Ordered full rear diffuser December 29th 2018, till today (Feb. 23rd 2019) still no product. Did email them Feb 6th and they said will ship next week. Ontop of that. Before making the order I had emailed them 2x's(few weeks apart) to verify some fitment issues. No response from the sales email, had to reach out through instagram to get an answer.

Hello, The reason why our Customer Elvis, did not Received his product is because we had a receptionist That wasn't doing her job correctly and We had to dismiss her from Top1 Motors. Refund was sent to the customer of $128.00 USD We truly do apologized what had happen!

My order was never processed either. Its for a total of 670 dollars. What is the excuse for my order not being done? Its been a year and no answer. Poor customer service.
