Review: After 6 months of not having a car, I found a listing for some car on craigslist, so I called Top 10 Motors, they came and picked me up around 5:00p on a Sunday in June of 2014, by the time I got out of the dealer, it was almost 11:00pm. I was told the payments would be 230.00 or so, for the 2005 Nissan Altima, which isnt the car I saw in the craigslist listing, so I thought that was within my budget, but being so exhausted, I am signing paperwork late, that I didnt notice the contract was for 330.00, until I called my insurance company that my payments were 100.00 more. I immediately contacted Top 10 motors, that I swear that I heard the 230.00 and that I can not afford the payments. They agreed to get me into another car, so I continued to drive the Altima for more than 3 weeks. They tried to get me into another car, that one had too many mechanical issues, then they found a 2005 VW Passat Wagon, that was a 4 cylinder car. So as a consumer I should have looked at the car first and test drove it before agreeing to buy this car, I trusted that they were looking out for me, so I agreed to buy the car. I met a girl working for them, at a Target store to sign the paperwork, I was promised that I would get a copy of the contract in the mail, then I gave back the Altima and drove off in the Passat. After 1 week passed, I inquired about not receiving the contract, nevertheless, I had to request on a monthly basis to send me my copy, but still hadnt, by the last time I was told they cant find which box they put it in. I expressed my disatisfaction and that I gave many chances to provide the copy before it got placed in a storage box. I finally request a copy from my finance company (Lobel Financial) for a copy, which I received in Jan 2015. I expressed to Top 10 Motors that I wasnt happy with the car, they said I cant bring it back since I now have the financing. Furthermore, 10 days later of having possession of the car, I experienced a gross overheating of the car, and aDesired Settlement: Dealer to pay for full repair at a certified mechanic of my choice. Place the dealer on notice for unethical practices.

Between never getting a copy of my contract and dealing with expensive repairs, this dealer is highly unethical and running a fraudulent business. I so regret I made the decision to deal with them and still am driving the car, which is now having the engine light coming on.

Review: On may 3, I had purchased a car from this dealership. Then 4 hours later I was involved in a car accident. Which car is totaled. Since then I spoke with [redacted] the salesman. He told the only insurance they gave me was to cover car. I told him I thought I had full coverage since I'm financing it. He said no they don't offer that. Also, other cars were involved.Desired Settlement: To provide me with full coverage when financing a car. I've been told that's the law.

Review: I leased a vehicle from top 10 motors only 3 months ago. In these three months my car is broke down 4 times and yesterday just found out that the heads or possibly cracked and that the car is a complete lemon. 2 weeks ago I found out that the car the cars catalytic converter was it illegally on there. mechanic mike is escondido California informed me that the car had to been illegally smogged because as of this date the car would not pass smog because there was the wrong catalytic converter on it from a different year make and model and the part is even welded onto my car. I have only made 3 car payments on this car and the car is non operatable right now. Under the car there is extreme erosion, making it possible that it was in hurricane katrina. [redacted] from top ten motors does have smogs illegally done, informed to me by his childrens mother, an old roommate of mine. Also [redacted] from top 10 motors, sleeps in his office space on the lot, and also loans out the cars to numerous females who on he has relations with. Also, top 10 motors has been known to take gift cards for home depot since they have been rebuolding that office space for years now. My uncle andre hawkins use to take him gift cards for lowes/home depot in exchange for car payments. Tbey do faulty bussiness and they are totally tryong to beat me out of 12,000 for a car that originally was suppose to be 5,000 and I only got to drive for 3 months! They do faulty bussiness abd Revdex.com needs to know about this.Desired Settlement: I would love my refund of my deposit, my money put into all 4 shop visits and even my car paymens if possible sine I am now losing money from not being able to efficiently get to work on time since my schedule consist of being able to use my car Or if need be to replace the vehicle, at the dealers exspense, the car wouldneed to be inspected at a Revdex.com approved mechanic and a two different Revdex.com approved smog places, or just notthe same one that top ten motors gets their cars illegally smogged.
