Topten motorsport sold me a car and fail to register the car at purchase and when I got stop by police I received a ticket and I notified they about it and all he told me was he forgot and sorry so I ask can I be reimbursed for the tickets cost cause it was a failure on your end and they told me no.The business haven't paid IRS in years and operating a business without reporting taxes

THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED FROM ME ON JULY-XX-XXXX AT THAT TIME A TEMPORARY REGISTRATION WAS ISSUED I'M NOT SURE IF IT WAS MISPLACED BY THE CUSTOMER IF SHE JUST WENT TO COURT ON THIS MATTER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AFTER HER 45 DAYS TO REGISTER THE VEHICLE LEGALLY IN HER NAME . THIS MEANS THAT I AM NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HER GETTING A TICKET. THIS CAR STILL HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED IN HER NAME I'M MORE THAN SURE IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN HER NAME BY THE TIME SHE WENT TO COURT SHE WOULDNT HAVE BEEN CHARGED A FEE AT ALL.

I should have received all paperwork at purchase of sell not when I get pulled over to find out from state troopers that the proper paperwork was filled on the vehicle at the time of purchase and suggested that I go to commissioner office to file on the company that sold me the car stating it was illegal for them to do that.All I ask that you knew u was wrong for not filing paperwork at time of purchase and refuse to own up to your responsibility knowingly you did not do paperwork correctly stating that the computer was down if you knew the computer was down why you let me leave with car knowing I don't no the computer down and as a company in that manner you should be loyal and trueful to your customers if you want people to continue to buy from you.
I purchased a vehicle. 5 days after signing the contract the owner of the dealership wanted to me to bring the car back. He said the reason was 'the finance company didn't want to finance it for me because my license was suspended and that if an accident happened the insurance wouldn't pay for it'. So I paid $964.39 to the dmv to have it fully reinstated. He said ok everything was good. My first payment of 302.18 was due December 23,2019. I received a letter on January 3,2020 stating that I have to have the payment of 302.18 paid by January 26,2020. So I made a $102.18 payment towards the 302.18 on January 7,2020 and made payment arrangements for the 200.00 for January 11, 2020. As I was walking out of BRCC on January 11, 2020 around 12pm. There was a suv with 2 men that was parked behind my truck. That had taken my license plate off of my truck and said that they needed the keys bcuz they bought the truck back from the finance company. Me being puzzled, I called the finance company twice and spoke with 2 different people and they stated that they did see a payment arrangement for January 11,2020 and asked if I were ready to make the payment. I asked them why would I make a payment on a vehicle if the dealership bought it back from them. They them proceeded to tell me that the dealership contacted them and bought it back. I texted the owner/ the man that sold me the car and asked him do I get my down payment back since they have the truck for no reason. He stated 'no that went to tax , title and license'. It was no reason my car should have been taken. My car was taken at no fault of Mii own and in front of the people at the school. I'm pretty sure they've pulled this scam on others as well. I would like for Mii money to be reimbursed and they need to be put to a stop!

the finance company made be buyback the vehicle because the customer didn't make there first payment in a timely manner SO by *** not making her payment with them the vehicle was repossed for non payment
