*** issued refunds of over 32,to their customers AFTER they had been paid all of that money by Ready Set Register We asked *** to make us whole for all of the money they issued thru our system They provided us a check but did not cover all of their expenses and still
have many customers of whom they owe money to We asked *** to provide us proof of refund to their remaining customers so we could close out their account I have been contacted by a bunch of their customers who have told me that *** had NOT provided them a refund and was blaming us *** was initially PAID every cent owed to them, they then issued refunds with NO MONEY in their account, they did not reimburse us in full and we have used all of the funds returned to us to repay their customers.*** needs to make their customers whole for the one's we were not repaid to refund They are 100% at fault here We have asked them for proof of their refunds and have received nothing.We are no longer doing business with ***

WE are the company [redacted] hired to process their registrations.  We have paid [redacted] for all fees collected.  They are the one's holding your money.  Please contact them for your refund. We are not holding any of their funds.

You have a full camp credit to use or transfer to someone else.  No one has stolen your money and it is liable for you to say so.  You signed a document which clearly defined our refund policy and now you claim we have stolen your money.  That document has been provided to you yet you...

Top 96 has NOT used all of the funds returned to them to repay our customers. This is flat out false and another step in Dave Callum’s attempt to steal our customers’ money.Yes, [redacted] provided Top 96/RSR a check. RSR still has $2,370.94 of these funds, which belong to our customers. Our customers are contacting Top 96 because Top 96 has their money and refuses to pay them. Whether [redacted] reimbursed Top 96 in full is irrelevant – we have no obligation to reimburse our customers through the Top 96 platform. We have in the past, and will continue to, reimburse customers through other methods, such as checks. In fact, we’ve reimbursed dozens of customers with checks when Top 96's software (which we paid to license) failed to process refunds onto credit cards. All customer funds have been refunded by [redacted] with the exception of the $2,370.94 [redacted] is attempting to steal. Bottom line: Top 96 needs to remit the $2,370.94 they owe our customers and refund $2,145.28 for the licensing fees it charged for these customers.
