[redacted] signed up on or program 3/28/and paid an annual fee of $She sent her terms of service back to us on 3/31/completed and signedIn the terms there is absolutely no guarantee of how many referrals are to be sent over the course of the year rather that she will be marketed in her designated areas to expose her to more motivated buyers and sellersIn addition, the welcome package states the timetable in which you should expect referrals, which is 6-weeks after joiningDuring her time on the program thus far, [redacted] has received seller and buyer referralsThey were sent on the dates of 6/25, 7/7, 7/15, 7/25, and 8/We're still in contact with these clients because we also work the referral with the agent all the way to the closing processWe resolved this issue in July with [redacted] and told her we would extend her term because she was concernedBecause she lives in an area where the property values are so high this is a very lucrative programIf she was to close just one referral on the program she would see a return of 10-15x on her original investmentWhen an agent joins this partnership they are required to make a co-investment that goes directly into the ad pool for their areaOur system is designed to allocate the budget over a yearly basis into several referral generation outletsWe cannot get a refund from these vendors therefore we cannot issue a refund to our clientsWe have already spent money on admin costs relating to our employees working referrals for her and the overhead advertising costsNot to mention all the inquiries we have generated that are in our follow up system until they are ready to meet with an agent to pull the trigger

This company called and was to sell us leads in the real estate market They said they were running a special and promised us leads in months for $and they were suppose to be screened leads by their company We paid the $and they disappeared We did not receive any leads over the next months and called and emailed On June 23, we called and spoke to [redacted] who we told we were done and send us our money back He was going to send us another leads and we said no we were finished and then he was going to talk to someone higher up and get back to us We never received the money and they never called back They are in breach of contract - what a bait and scam

Paid them $six months ago, and have received one lead and it was already to late when it was sent to meIf you dare question them they become very nasty, very fast!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We accept that there is a full refund for failing to provide QUALIFIED leads as stated when originally speaking with your company representatives In addition, we will also accept by having a clear understanding that NON of your organizations representative contact my partner [redacted] or myself Any further attempt to contact us via email, phone, text, or any type of social media we will proceed with our attorney contacting you and moving forward with not just a lawsuit but a class action lawsuit as we have received communication from other agents that your organization has conducted the same manor with them, which is collecting funds and not providing qualified leads Regards, [redacted]

Our client, [redacted] signed up on March 28, for $not $1,like she had stated in her complaintWe send out a welcome package to every agent stating that they shouldn't expect anything for the first 6-weeks and in some cases even longer depending on consumer behaviorTo date, we have sent seller referrals and buyer referral to her although she says she has not gotten one leadThat is very concerning that she is not acknowledging the referrals sent to herIt's quite possible she is trying to avoid the fees associated with any success that comes from these propertiesContrary to her statement that she hadn't received any communication from our company since July 8th, we sent her a very solid buyer referral on August 6, from a out of state woman looking for a 900k property in the areas of San Diego our client coversAttached below is the terms of service [redacted] signed to start the program

This company is a total scamThey make a bunch of promises, and give you no services but still charge your credit cardI think they are out of business as most phone #'s associated w them are disconnected or give a generic voice messageStay away from these scammers

I signed a contract for a minimum of seller leads a monthI got They even had the nerve to fight this with my credit card company claiming they did give me leadsThe leads they sent were for buyer leads not seller leads, and I informed them I was not interested in themThey replied at the time that they just wanted someone to handle the leads and had nothing to do with my contract with themTotal SCAMMER coSeems they now go by the names Agent Zip and Closing Calls I was ripped off by them for $dollars

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I was incorrect in the amount I would like credited back to my credit cardIt should be $not $ In the previous email [redacted] submitted to the Revdex.com, he stated I received seller leads and one buyerToday, he changes his email to the Revdex.com to state seller leads and one buyer leadAs I explained in my previous email a description of each supposed seller lead sent to me- not one was a valid leadI do not consider invalid phone numbers to be a credible leadA lead in which the seller is a realtor and says he will re-list the home himselfApparently, [redacted] didn't read the complaint when I copied and pasted the emails in my previous complaintThis is quite disturbing that he is running a business and has no knowledge of the correspondence that has transpired between his employees and me or his boss, [redacted] and me who has agreed with me that the leads provided to me have been illegitimateSo much in fact, that he offered to personally oversee my accountThe buyer lead they provided stated we will continue to keep in touch with this person and update you on the progressHere is the direct copied and pasted email: Notes: Spoke to Lead Rep [redacted] with Top Agent ConnectionWe are going to work with her until her home sales but we would like to connect her with you when she is ready to buy here in San DiegoWe are working with the listing agent on this property so we will keep you up to dateLooking in the 800-900k rangeNo update has been providedThis is the last communication I have received from them which was dated 8/5/ I am not trying to avoid any feesI would like legitimate leads and this company has failed to provide one legitimate seller lead which is what I have signed up forI have been with several other lead generation companies and have not filed one complaint with the Revdex.com until I came across this companyBiggest mistake ever was signing with them and I will be sure to share my experiencesThe company employees even go so far as to write their own star reviews on facebook and other sites I am happy to repeat each lead they provided and how each one is invalid so here it is again: The company suggests they provided a lead to me 6/This was a mobile home lead which is an invalid lead because it falls under the DMV jurisdicitionThis is why reputable companies such as [redacted] and experthomeoffers.com don't distribute these as leads or accept them as a return for a full refundIn addition to being an insufficient lead I was out of townSo this was the exact email message received that day from [redacted] *** Notes: [redacted] is having an open house on Sunday 1-and welcomes an agent to discuss options with her then [redacted] I replied to him with the above response that it is invalid and why The second lead they claimed to have provided on 7/7/was a wrong numberHow is that a valid lead when I cannot reach the homeownerThen [redacted] emailed me saying she must have mis-typed the number They took the number off of [redacted] which was an incorrect number and an exact matchThey also have claimed to have spoken with this leadThey clearly did not speak to anyone as the number on [redacted] was a wrong numberThis second (invalid) lead was provided to me only after I emailed [redacted] the Friday before that I wished to cancel and receive a refundI did not hear back from anyone in the companyOn 7/7/I called and spoke to ***Once I mentioned I wanted a full refund and to cancel she said, Oh we just sent you a leadUnfortunately, it turned out to be a bogus leadThe third lead they claim to have sent me on 7/15/was a real estate agent himselfHe said [redacted] (the rep) told him she may have a buyer for the propertyHe also said he is planning on re-listing his own home by himselfHe said he gave her no indication he planned on listing with any other agent The lead sent on 7/was a listing currently listed with another agentIt is unethical for me to reach out to a seller when they are under contractI told them I would not risk my licenseI said she can reach out to me if she would like but I am unable to reach out to herI said if and when her current contract expires, let me knowThey said they would keep an eye on itI have not a heard a word since8/5- buyer lead ( I signed up and PAID for LISTING leads but agreed to take some buyer leads not part of signed contract) This was the email sent to me on 8/5/ Notes: Spoke to Lead Rep [redacted] with Top Agent ConnectionWe are going to work with her until her home sales but we would like to connect her with you when she is ready to buy here in San DiegoWe are working with the listing agent on this property so we will keep you up to dateLooking in the 800-900k range This company just wants to take advantage of clients by taking their money and not deliveringIronically, the person who is responding for this company says it is [redacted] who has agreed with me that not one lead was legit and stated I don't know what happened hereBut [redacted] emails me to tell me he will be responding to my complaints on the Revdex.comI am happy to send over copies of any emails you may require to prove I am correct and they are falsifying their information Oh, apparently they have rolled out a new program where the client can view their leadsFunny how not one lead shows on my page Please provide a full refund to my credit card in the amount of $ Regards, [redacted]

I did not pay much attention to the negative reviews, but I faced a lot of the same exact issues I called in after a few months wondering where all the money is going and they said they sent an email to me I checked and it was in my junk mail, wasn't even a good lead When I signed up they promised to call me when there was a lead, never happened When I called to discuss my displeasure I was accused of lying about not getting a call, even though my caller I.Dshowed otherwise I paid less for another lead generator and I am far more pleased with the results I was told I would get analytics of the progress they were making, again nothing Waste of money and time!

We have resolved this issue with the client and are happy to continue our business relationship with her

I was initially contacted by Peter [redacted] of Closing Calls on 1/8/by telephoneWe had a long conversation and on 1/9/I decided to work with his companyI was told that I would pay $up frontThen within 30-days I should be getting some live transfer phone calls from qualified sellers/buyersIf within that time length nothing happened, I had the option to get a refund or continue with the program On January 15, Margaret [redacted] from Closing Calls emailed me to setup a phone interview and was contacted shortly thereafter I did not hear anything for about a month but I assumed that was since I was told it takes some time On February 26, I got an email from [email protected] stating "while reviewing your account with us beginning on 2018-01-I noticed that you have not signed our Terms of Service AgreementDue to this there will be a pause on your live-transfer account until this form has been completed and submitted." There was a link in

I signed up with Top Agent Connection and paid them $for a year contract of leads from exclusive zip codes ($per zip code)The contract said I should expect an average of about lead every month I never received lead over the course of the yearWhen I contacted them they apologized and said they would fix the marketing and get it started right away and that they forgot to setup my account properlyThey made lots of promises to get everything fixed and I gave them the benefit of the doubt...however they never delivered a single lead to me (not even a bogus lead) The would not refund the money and they strung me along past the credit card day billing dispute cycle They are not returning my calls The phone number on their website is bogus They took my $and never delivered a single thing on the contract I should be refunded the full amount since they failed to deliver anything

Response to Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] became a client of Top Agent Connection on 06/13/His investment was $for an annual termThe terms of service that he signed states that there are no guarantees in using the Top Agent Connection platformOver the past year we have been in communication with Mr***Our company sent over qualified referralsThe results of the referrals are as follows[redacted] sent on 2/2, sold on 4/ [redacted] ** [redacted] ***- sent on 2/2/17, sold on 4/[redacted] ***- sent on 2/7/17, current listed for sale at $549,[redacted] ***- sent on 7/28/16, delisted on 7/22/ [redacted] ***-sent on 5/10/17, sold on 7/19/[redacted] ***-sent on 6/1/17, current pending sale at $749, Out of the referrals sent, turned into closed salesOur job is to open the door of opportunity for Real Estate professionals to gain additional businessOur main stream of revenue is from referral commissions paid upon homes closing after escrow After months on our program, Mr [redacted] asked for a refund from our organizationRefunds are not possible after that length of timeWe are more than happy to continue to work with Mr***I will personally give Mr [redacted] a call to attempt to come to a resolution [redacted] Opeations Manager

[redacted] and her partner [redacted] signed up for a month program on 12/6/We only allow one main account holder on the program that we will communicate with on their account [redacted] is the main account holderThey received a welcome email explaining that could take up to 6-weeksTheir account received two seller referrals: one on December 6th and one on December 30thThey immediately discounted the quality of the referrals knowing that real estate deals need to be cultivated and nurtured in order to see successAfter [redacted] posted several negative comments on Facebook and other platforms I attempted to resolve the issue with her several timesI called her and she screamed at me very loud using profanity at high volumesThis kind of behavior and demeanor will turn off a client and if this is how they treated the client referrals we've sent then I can see exactly why they haven't had success with themWe have declined to counter dispute the credit card dispute [redacted] and [redacted] filed so if they haven't received the refund it will be coming soon and is completely out of our controlWhen it goes into a review process it can take up to days for the credit card company to release the fundsWe wish to not to work with either of these two individuals and move on from this situation [redacted]

This company is a scam selling realtors on the "will provide seller leads directly to you"They promised leads in the first days and didn't send not leadAfter I emailed them they sent me three bogus buyer leads and claimed they had days to send me leads even though an addendum specifically said daysI recommend stay awaylet see how much of my money they will reimburse how it appears to be a scam

By far the worse LEAD company in the business Took my money and nothing for about months, then they send me a buyer lead in Reseda which is about hours from where I work Empty promises and bad service....stay away
