Hi ***. We apologize for the misunderstanding. While we are not the USPS, we did submit a Change of Address request to the USPS on your behalf. As part of our fee, we also include many other services, such as notifying additional organizations of your move, registering your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and more. Nevertheless, we have a money back satisfaction guarantee. Our records show that on August 14, 2020 08:42 AM you called our customer service concerned about the price and full refund was issued back to your account. The refund should be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days after the issue date and you will still be able to receive the other services at no charge. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions, please call us at .Respectfully,Customer Support Team

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: they should have never signed me up in the first place. I never gave them my info or agreed to anything with them. the refund is not enough for the inconvenience it caused, if I didn't check my account this would have never been seen. I don't know how many other people have been scammed by them and never even noticed. the business practice is deplorable and they should not be in business with these practices.

Sincerely

This website wrongfully stole my credit card information and auto-enrolled me in programs I did not sign up for. On top of this, upon receiving confirmation of subscription to additional services I didn't opt in for, the email address, website, and phone number provided to cancel all were either disconnected or provided in error.

It took me googling this bt company in Utah and phoning them with my complaint before they just returned my money immediately and hung up.

What makes me the most upset here is I did not opt in for this charge. I finished my address change, paid the $1 fee or whatever and rightfully ignored this scam to opt in for more savings.

The fact that my credit card was wrongfully attributed for this opt-in is the biggest scam ever and they say it will stop charging after 3 months.

Logged in to usps to change address online, charged $80. Worried I may be double charged another $80, when thought it would cost no more than $8 total to change my home address and added child name second time with possible second charge. First scam charge appeared yesterday 08/07/20 on my bank account debit card as $80 charge from a post move business name. I'm broke now, work two jobs and single M9m. Dont know if I have to cancel out my debit card, will be huge hassle saving get direct deposit from 2 jobs and child support all on that same debit card. Scared. Please help.

No where did I ever agree to pay $80 for change of address. I disputed this with my bank and I'm not done. Not to mention, this business didn't even provide any service. The same day I was scammed into this service of mail change, my partner also submitted his change of address but to the REAL USPS, (this company makes you believe that they are the real deal. SO far from anything real happening here)-- back to the point, my partner was getting his mail at our new address, I wasn't. And I waited, and waited. I had to go back to my old address to collect my mail. So I file for an address change again, but this time thankfully got the real USPS. That's when I noticed the $80 charge on my CC. RED FLAG! If you call yourself a real, honorable business no one should be surprised by charges coming from your business.

I want my money back and I want this company to find a more honorable way to do business. When my bank contacted you due to misleading charges, you should have agreed then. Please don't give some fake apology now. Just give a refund and we can all just move along. Oh, and quit scamming people

What a bunch of Scam artists? Their site is designed to mimic the post office and come to the top of a search page for a P.O. near me??? What? Beware if you are not paying full attention (like I did) and let these friggin CROOKS get your money. Thank goodness my bank flagged them and refused payment. PostMoves is owned by TopBrass, Why WHY would anyone pay $79.9 to contact my P.O. for an address change where it costs me $1.00 to do myself, oh that crap about the "do not call registry" - it's free and I am already registered. How is this legal? I will look hard into it. These ss have to offshore their customer service and let these poor souls take the abuse of irate people (like myself) who have been taken by these scammers.
I will post everywhere I can about this company have to do some digging into what they are really about and how corrupt they are. Revdex.com needs to do its job and do away with online thieves like this.
It pains me I have to leave 1-star rating.

I needed to change my address. I was asked to add in my credit card information as the address change would charge me $1 to complete with USPS. On July 20, over a month after requesting the address change, I was charged $79.95 on my MasterCard by a vendor out of UT called Postmovechanges.com. I noticed after researching that this was a scam many others fell into.

The advertise a $1 fee to check identity and ended up taking $79.95 unauthorized in my account. When I called to get a refund and find out why I was charged so much I couldn’t get through to a representative. After two hours I finally found a number to speak to a person they still did not refund me my total amount. I searched online and there was other people who got different amounts taken out. There is no universal fee, they take what they feel like taking. I could not cancel the order OR get a refund. They used one website to help “change address” and then another website was the one who took the money out of my account and then a different website for support.

Hi ***.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. While we are not the USPS, we do offer a Change of Address service in addition to other convenient services not offered by the USPS. As part of our fee, we also include many other services, such as notifying additional organizations of your move, registering your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and more.

Nevertheless, we have a money back satisfaction guarantee. Our records show that on May 19, 2020 08:54 PM you placed an order on our website. Later next day on May 20, 2020 12:01 PM you spoke to our customer service representative Carrol concerned about the price and after speaking to her you agreed to receive custom service package which includes do-not-call list registration, USPS address change submission, and other selected moving services at a rate of $9.95 and Carrol could void the transaction for amount of $70 and charged your card for $9.95. We have never charged you a full amount of $79.95. Because we were able to complete this cancellation within a short period of time after the order was placed means we were able to void the order for $70 before your credit card was ever charged for $79.95. That means the charge you see on your statement was only a temporary authorization and hold on your credit card and because we voided the transaction before any final charges occurred, you should see that temporary transaction disappear from your statement within 48 - 72 hours depending on the speed of the processing bank.

As a measure of good faith, we also issued you a full refund of $9.95 which should be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions, please call us at 1-844-736-7759.

This company has deceitful practices which makes consumers believe they are accessing the official United States Postal Service website to change their address. The company charges $79.95 initially for a service that is free through the initial USPS page, then charges an additional $59.03 per month after that. The legally back these charges with disclaimers at the bottom of the page , although during the credit card processing there is no indication of what the charges you are processing your card are for which makes it deceitful. I immediately called the company once I saw the credit card charge to give me a full refund and that their services were not what I wanted and was scammed into running my card. They agreed to refund me, which they haven't and this month I was charged $59.03. There are several Soldiers and service members that have had the same issue in my unit and we are looking at further investigating this company for possible legal actions.

The company's website is the first link on Google when searching "change address" and their site appears similar to be the USPS site. They charge an exorbitant fee of $79.95, which is $78.95 more than the USPS site. When disputed, they provided a $70 refund. The bank is disputing the remaining $9.95. This company's only purpose is to scam money from unsuspecting people trying to reach the legitimate USPS site. The top of the form says "SECURE USPS CHANGE OF ADDRESS" and only states the charge and that they are not the USPS in the fine print. When clicking on the Terms and Conditions, the page displays a 404 error. This is a complete scam!

I confused this web site for the USPS web site. I proceeded to change an address. I put in my credit card and the company declined it TWICE. I understood that they did not want my business. Then I realized I did not want their service at all because I was in the wrong site. Now I was grateful that they declined my credit card. The date was Feb.25, 2020. End of story. NO.

On March 1, 2020 They deducted $79.95 from my credit card account. The United States Postal service only charges $1.05 to change your address.

So I called them. I explained the situation, I work for a safe house ministry. I was trying to change an address for one of our residents. They declined my credit card TWICE and I took my business elsewhere. The lady quickly said she would credit my account $70.00. I tell her I need all of it and she agrees to give me all but $1.50 and that changed to $1.95 by the end of the conversation.

I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I just keep thinking if they do this to a million people they still make just shy of 2 million dollars. I don't think it is fair to decline my card twice and then run it back through later and charge me.

I begged Carol to refund all of my money. She said she couldn't. I had no choice but to agree with her on the $1.95 charge. Your business thrives on tricking people. Shame on you.

Thank you Revdex.com for helping me.

The website www.postmovechanges.com appears to look very similar to USPS change mailing address website and does not list the price they charge where a person can clearly see it (it is in very tiny print at the very bottom of the main page). The customer service center I called said "they do no do refunds" and that I could not speak to a Manager or Supervisor because they were "not available". After many minutes of frustration, instead of refunding my $79.95 charge, they finally stated they could reduce it to $9.95 (which I declined) and then finally to $1.95. It should be clearly labeled on their website what they charge. They are taking advantage of countless people who believe it was USPS website and then only refunding if you demand (many times) that you want a refund.

My son was trying to change his address with the USPS and accidentally got onto this website. Instead of the $1 fee that USPS charges, they charged almost $80 to my bank account. When I tried to call, I got put on hold. The recording said to leave your number and they would call back. They didn’t call back. I called again and decided to sit on hold. It didn’t take long and they disconnected the call.
