Review: I order a countertop & sink on 1/*/15 from Top Cabinet & Floor inc. I made my first deposit of $217.75 on 1/*/15. I was promised someone would come and measure on 1/*/15 at 6pm, but he showed up at the wrong time & I was not home from work yet. The company promised he would come back on 1/**/15 to measure again. On 1/**/15 I waited around all afternoon and no one showed up and I called twice and was told by representative ([redacted]) he would come around 4pm. At 4pm NO SHOW & NO CALL so I called [redacted] and was advised that he was stuck on another job and would be unable to get to me that day but would come the next day 1/**/15. The person showed up to measure on 1/**/15. I was also told that I would receive a return call on 1/**/15 on how I wanted the countertop done but never received a call. On 1/**/15 I went to the Top Cabinet store to square away the details and once that was done I paid my second deposit of $340. I was promised that I would receive my countertop 11days after my second payment which was 1/**/15 & that did not happen. I called multiple times and was given the run around. Finally I was told I would get deliver on 2/*/15 & that did not happen. I was now told delivery would be the following day and that did not happen. And each time I was told that I would receive a delivery I had to have my contractor sit and wait and pay him. & this company did not bother to call or say that they could not make it.Finally after a week and a half of back and forth with the inconsistency of the delivery date they brought the product and when the product came it was the WRONG MEASUREMENT. So the company took the product back.At this point I am very upset as well as my contractor because he has wasted so much time on an unfinished job. So I CANCEL and called my [redacted] Company and they did an investigation. They refunded my card back both amounts. However the merchant disputed the refund saying they delivered and charges are back on my account.I don't have this productDesired Settlement: I would Like a full refund of $557.75 to appear back on my [redacted]. I do not have Top Cabinet's Floor INC (inv# [redacted]) merchandise in my possession. As a result of not receiving there merchandise I went with another company and had there Countertop delivered and installed on 2/**/15. The new company I used was [redacted] (inv# [redacted]). & I have a paid in full/delivery receipt from this company. There number is ###-###-####. [redacted]
