06/23/2017Respond to complaint ID 12210413As Mr*** stated in his complaint there was a fluid leak and Top Car managed to fix it after the 3rd time at no cost for the customer.When Mr*** brought the car back for engine light that was also fixed at no cost for the customer.For customer's
goodwill Top Car gave Mr*** $as a partial reimbursement for the extended warranty he purchased.When Mr*** came back complaining about the transmission we called the warranty company and activated his warrantyTop Car advised him to take it to a mechanic we know but he refused while we were trying to helpAt that moment he left while we were setting up all appointments for him.As of today 6-23-@ 12:pm,Mr*** states,Check engine light and transmission fault are no longer there, "went away on its own"We provided all information he needs if the problem or problems were to occur againWe are still in process to try to find cup holders that are discontinued from the manufacturerMr*** knows they are discontinuedMr*** states to be fine at the moment and appreciates the phone call

We are sorry that Mrs. [redacted] is not satisfied with the vehicles she purchased from Top Car.
Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2009 Kia Rondo from us on August 26, 2015. Mrs. [redacted] complained about the brakes squeaking and we changed the front brake...

pads for her. The tire pressure warning light was on so we checked the air and reset the light. Mrs. [redacted] then complained about the smog. We showed her proof the car was smogged and passed. The smog was done on July 29, 2015 and she purchased the car on August 26, 2015.
Mrs. [redacted] 2nd complaint was about the VW Beetle purchased on Feb 9, 2014. This car was smogged Jan 16, 2014. We don't understand what the complaint is about as the vehicle smog was completed. 20 months went by before Mrs.[redacted] was required to smog the Beetle again. This was sufficient time for problems to develop.
Top Car worked with Mrs. [redacted] to resolve the issues she had.

First they didnt fix the brakes on the Kia because I had to have them fix after them which cost me $345 the other stuff they said they fix they WONT give me proof like they said they did for the smog. As of today I have no proof of any my comments being fix and I have to believe they wasn't due to me having to fix the breaks after they said they did.
For the Smog on the Beetle I didnt know they did a illegal smog until it was our first time to do so and they said it should of passed with them. I never had any work on the car besides brakes and tires so none of that would of effect the part that came up illegal on the smog. the part that was there when I brought it from them and shows they did illlegal smog which cost us almost $1,000 to pass.
As of today I have never got a return call or email from them on these compliants. Also they sold me a Kia with no back seat belts which is another illegal act on them.

1-6-16 I got a phone call stating they are willing to refund me $300 just for the part that had to be replace.
