Review: Top cat roofing replaced roof and siding on my home in June 2012. A few days after completion of siding, aluminum soffit piece was not installed correctly and fell down. Top cat came and reinstalled. A few days later it fell again. Was reinstalled again by top cat. Fell for a third time a week later, was reinstalled one month later with "longer nails". Piece of soffit fell from 2 stories three times and is now mangled and creased. Asked top cat roofing to replace and said would be here in February of 2013. In December of 2012, roofing shingle was blown off roof. Have contacted top cat roofing six times to no avail. Will not return calls. I am asking to have damaged pieces replaced by top cat roofing in a timely manner. Also fear that guarantee through top cat roofing cannot be honored through a more reliable company. Asking that top cat roofing pass guarantee onto a more reliable company, or refund labor charges.Desired Settlement: Asking that damaged items be replaced and guarantee of workmanship be transferred to another company or have labor charges refunded to me.
