All the allegation are FALSE!!!!! The couple are trying not to pay their final bill If they are not careful, they will get sue for defamation

*** catered my wedding at The Loft on Pine in December I think *** is a nice guy and I wish I could give him a better rating, but more than half my guests experienced symptoms of food poisoning Some had experienced symptoms immediately; I had an uncle laid out on the couch downstairs because he needed to be by the restroom I later found out that this same uncle was hospitalized for sepsis After questioning our guests, the recurring complaint was of the "sour" and "moldy" taste of the fried rice that was servedSome suspected that the fish and beef also tasted "off" but everyone was in agreement that the rice was bad and should not have been served My husband and I were not served more than half the dishes, and although it was upsetting because I was constantly walking back to my table looking for food to eat, it was a blessing in disguise as we did not get sick
I had a friend who contacted Top Catering after the wedding to let them know that his pregnant wife had food poisoning Their only response was that many people were drinking that night I can only assume what the representative at Top Catering was thinking when they gave him this response, and it definitely shows a lack of sensitivity on their end
As you can imagine, this milestone in our lives was blemished by the fact that we served our guests food that got them sick Many of our family flew from Denmark and Canada and spent thousands to travel and celebrate with us Needless to say, we are embarrassed this occurred and regret that things turned out as they did It was even more upsetting when we reviewed Top Catering's yelp page and discovered that the same incident occurred just a few months prior
Unfortunately, Top Catering is the only Asian caterer on the preferred vendor list at The Loft on Pine I understand that Chinese food is always a fan favorite amongst Asian families but I would urge you to think twice

This complaint serves as our voice to speak up for ourselves, as this Top Catering Company is trying to bully and threaten us when they did not meet their ends of the contract. As a wedding food catering company, serving spoiled food should be no where near acceptable. It is up to the Revdex.com and all the rights reserved to whether let such company continues or do something about it to help the other couples that might have accepted his business. The Revdex.com should, of course, investigate this matter fully. But if for whatever reasons, Revdex.com also decides to drop this case and take Top Catering's side, we will just continue to report them to more food and health safety related places until our voices can be heard.
