Top Choice Appliance Repair

I've not had a good experience with this business The repair man never calls before he arrives, so you just never know when he'll show upHe came to repair my burner that he said wasn't working, but when he tried to get in to my ceramic stove top, he couldn't seem to know how to get into it,so he proceeded to use a putty knife and screwdriver to pry it openMy husband warned him that he was going to break it, but he kept on goingIt broke as we suspected it wouldHe told us he would be replacing it,and we said he better be replacing it since he's the one who broke it Now they are claiming that my stove was old and brittle and thats why it brokeIts not even years old! I asked to speak to the manager but nothing has happened as of yetI'm waiting for a part to arrive so they can finish the jobI am very disappointed that the manager has not yet contacted meYou would thiink that his customers sevice experience would be a priority to him [redacted]

*** It's easy for them to say they will credit the first diagnosis service call ($90) when they charge more than double the reasonable cost for the actual repair Granted the fridge was fixed, we were charged an exorbitant amount!! Compared to the time they were actually here (mins/time) we were charged over $200/hour It wasn't a statutory holiday, nor was it an emergency call ***
