I purchased a vehicle from them in April Within three months of owning it, the airbag light came on, the back wiper motor didn't work, the power steering pressure hose started leaking, stablizer links are weak, rear differential pinion seal leaking, fuel gauge not accurate and needs fuel level senders The top of gas tank is badly rusted and there could be a problem removing it to fix it Upon my mechanic calling the warranty company he found out there is a recall for the front coil springs which were also broken The only think the warrant covered was the wiper motor!!
When I went back to Top Choice with the estimate of over $1500, he told me this is all wear and tear and would not do anything for me He does not stand behind the vehicles he sells

Review: I bought a used car from TOP CHOICE AUTO INC. on 7/**/2013 the mileage was 90918. I was away for 1 week and only drove the car a few times. I noticed a noise from the car and took my parents for a ride in the car and they said it sounds like the brakes. They looked at them and the rear brakes are totally destroyed along with the rotors. It passed inspection by their station. That is impossible. My mom took it back to this dealership and they will not make the repairs. The cars airbag light is also on and there is an exhaust leak as well. The dealer will not help out at all. He spent good money on this car. The mileage today is 91075 The station that illegally passed the inspection is SEVENCAN EUROPEAN AUTO REPAIR INC. [redacted] STATION # [redacted] INSPECTION # [redacted] UNIT NO. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I need the proper repairs made, at no expense to us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They gave us brake pads and rotors to fix ourselves, my brother is a mechanic so he did the job. They never fixed or wanted to even check out the problem with the broken exhaust pipe or the airbag light that is on and non functional. This business is very unethical and shouldn't even be in business. They are selling cars to people that are dangerous.
