Top Choice Fence

Team who installed on 3 different days, were different crews each day. Communication was terrible. Didn't know when they were finished. Workmanship was shoddy....gates were crooked, fence was not stretched as tight as it should have been. Crew left buckets and chunks of cement in the yard from removing the old fence. Called to find out if they were really done...Greg said as far as he knew they were. I said there were issues with the job. He sent Troy out that very day. Troy was able to see the issues and correct them all (did the job by himself). Fixed the gates, restretched the fence add more ties to hold it together and leveled it. He also picked up the concrete and buckets. In the end I was pleased...with Troy and his work. As with so many companies, you are sold by a "salesperson" who makes everything sound wonderful and uncomplicated...but then the crew comes in and are not very professional and don't really care how it looks or functions. They are there just to get the job done. Troy really saved the day...he has a desire to please the customer. Thanks Troy!
