Very helpful site. I have used this site for years.
I went online on the website of top class action settlements I filled out all the information in a timely manner I sent back all the information including proof of purchase and a timely manner I thought I was added to the list I called the number that was listed on the website and I was told that I was not in the system which I could not understand they are not giving up settlement payment checks to the ginger ale Canada Dry Ginger Ale settlement and I'm trying to see why are they telling people that they are when they didn't even add them into the system when they entered through their website I like to know is this company a fraud and just getting information about products and services and not paying the settlements that they're offering to pay in their class action lawsuits.thank you
