Review: I purchased a vehicle from top class auto in April 2014, my first payment was made in March 1, 2014. [redacted] is financial is the bank that took over my loan. [redacted] stated they never received any payments from since I had the vehicle. They returned my deal back to the dealership which is Top Class Auto. I faxed proof of me making all payments over to the dealership, plus made another payment on Friday September 12, 2014. On Sunday September 16, 2014 late night Top Class repossessed my vehicle for no reason. They never send me any documents saying that my car was out for repossession, or nothing. When [redacted] had my loan I made arrangement with them changing my payments from the first of each month to the 16th of the month. Top Class said they can not accept any documents from me they have to get all the information from [redacted]. When [redacted] sent over my paperwork, they didn't send everything. The said I bounced checks and never made any payments. Until this day I do not know why my loan got returned. I do not know where my payments went to but I made every payment from march until August. I also call [redacted] to get all my payments dates that was made and they never once said I bounced a check and never made any payments. I had a account set up with them but once they returned my loan they took me off their site.Desired Settlement: I will like a full refund of each payment I made since I purchased the vehicle, plus the payment I just made at the Dealership. They didn't have a reason to come repossessed my car. From day one I had problems with Top Class Auto.
