Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I tried calling before I wrote this complaint and no one answeredI drove the car right around my town and noticed it over heating, my friend checked the fluids and everything seemed okay, but from what the mechanic told me and my daughter the fluids could look okay but that don't mean it's flowing to the engine like it should, because all the slug that came out from the over heating further let him know that was the caseThe only reason it took this long for me to write this complaint was because I wanted my mechanic to check the car out and tell me all he found wrong and have to fixI have a listening from my mechanic of all the codes that popped up and things that was found wrong with the car...The mileage on which he sold the car and the mileage on which the car was fixed will back up my statement that the car was barely drivenAll I want is the $ I'm out to fix a car that was clearly rigged for purchase and once you got out there and drove the car it would break down because they know that the lemon law wouldn't cover this car and that's not right Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: Again the mileage on the car from when I brought it to when I had it towed to the Mechanic will show that the car wasn't driven much and I have all the paper work from the Mechanic showing all the codes the car hadYour gonna say you tested the car, drove the car, made sure the car was ok to sell, but like my Mechanic said you can rest the codes to make the car seem like it has no issues and from a test drive I wouldn't tellIf the car was workable why would I be writing Revdex.com for the money I spent to fix the carThat's all I won'tWe can go back and forth till the moon turn blue, but like I said if this car was in good shape then why after driving the car very little miles did the car start over heating and why after after driving the car very little miles did the car break downYou still haven't explain thatI just want the money I spent to fix a car you sold me that wasn't right for the roadDo you have papers from when you gave the car a diagnostic test? and at what miles, because I do and I have the miles from when you sold me the car lets match them up and see how many miles I drove the car and then let's see you explain thatI have proof, do you?

The customer that purchased the 2002 [redacted] civic came checked out the car and agreed with me the vehicle was in good condition, as when they first noticed the vehicle was over heating and checked by their friend saying everything was good, I had no idea this was happening I would have had my...

mechanic take a look see if any problem would be detected, now idk what happend when the customer was driving the car afterwards or how long they were driving the vehicle while over heating. As known all cars sold under 3000 are as is and I'm also wondering why when all this occurred  I never heard anything from the customer and directly went to file Revdex.com and one month after all this occurred almost two months after car was purchased.
