I purchased this software with the promise of prompt customer service. I never received it. After over 35 support tickets and no responseI even tried to repurchase the software trying to get their response. Each purchase cast 69.99. But I also spent hundreds of dollars in outside support to get it to work.I paid with [redacted] in early January and again in early April. No response to date - they indicate they are [redacted] verified and authorize net verified which turn out to be untrue.Desired SettlementI want a refund of my original amount and would ask for 300.00 to reimburse me for my outside support
