This business should be shut down by one governmental agency or another They totally scam innocent consumers, especially women My daughter bought a pick up truck from them last May or June The check engine light came on right after she signed, while still on their premises They just cleared the code and took the vehicle to get inspected So, when she picked up the truck, before she even got home, the check engine light came back on, and she had to bring the truck back to It took approximately to months to allegedly correct whatever that issue was (allegedly it needed a new computer) before she was finally told she could come get the truck apparently had no problem driving the truck around after fixing it because there were a few thousand more miles on the truck when she got it back that were put on during the two months it took them to fix itOnce the poor kid finally got the truck back, she only drove this piece ***! for two, maybe three weeks (she put less than 1,miles on it) when the truck stopped suddenly cut off and was undriveable wanted her to pay to have it towed from outside Goshen to Ellenville which would have cost several hundred dollars Instead she had a friend of their's who is a certified Ford truck mechanic, trailer it to his shop and give her his honest opinion of what was wrongWhen he looked at the truck to diagnose the problem, he determined the truck had MAJOR issues He contacted told them what was wrong (THE TRUCK NEEDS A NEW ENGINE) and finally (after making him wait to weeks) came & picked up the truck from him At this point, my daughter is paying a $5,truck loan, on top of the $1,cash she put down and the six truck payments she has made, and has the audacity to tell my daughter they won't pay for an engine to make the truck they sold to her a working vehicle Basically, the ONLY option gave her was if she wants the truck to work, she has to pay $1,for this new engine and they'll put it in This poor kid and her husband, who have young kids and don't have a pot to [redacted] in, have been making truck payments on a vehicle she only drove for to weeks for SIX MONTHS knew, or should have known, the truck had major issues when they acquired the vehicle They have a service department and employ at least one full-time mechanicThese creeps at won't return telephone calls The owner won't speak with her because she is a female and due to his beliefs, he doesn't want to do business with a woman Well, he had no problem taking her moneyShe's been trying to resolve this situation for months now without success I've tried to call for her and have gotten the same treatment The owner won't get on the phone and he never returns any messages There is much more that goes along with this situation; to wit: fraudulent state inspections, but I can't get into it here

I had a very pleasant experience getting my car from AutomotiveThe salespeople were helpful, friendly and informativeI would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a used car in good, clean condition

Just as it took automotive and extended period of time to respond to any of these issuesSo too did I not receive any phone calls from the dealership till after I had to service the vehicleI left messages, as I stated earlier in this complaint and used the internet contact form to reach outAs anyone who has ever driven a car - a vehicle with faulty brakes should not be driven at all and most definitely not minutes on rural mountain roads to the dealershipI had no option but to repair the vehicle that the dealership failed to care forEspecially since it is a work vehicle and I had to use the vehicle to bring livestock to the farmAdditionally this company is an absolute disgrace trying to sell me a faulty vehicle in addition to the fact that I purchased a warranty on the vehicle, yet they have not even sent me any warranty informationI still expect reimbursement and my warranty information to be sent to me

 That is not true the car was sold to me with 143,885  and there was never a warranty offered to me. There is a paper for warrantys but nothing was checked off and was I asked if I wanted and any. 'Also if there was any problem with the car I would not have bought it. I asked iF it was in good condition and the sales person said yes. I also tried to reach this business by phone before the [redacted] of Feb and no one answered. By then I had to have brakes and others parts for brakes to be fixed and after things where fixed and payed for I finally got a hold of the business and I asked to speak to the person that sold me the car and there reply was he's not in and he'll call you back . He never called back. Chris is saying that they will pay half but I've already put more then $ 1,161.37 in for parts to go to brakes, Rotors, Tie Rods inner and outer, also the U-joint at the transmission and also the Hub Assy w/ sensor so I think it's far the they fix the transmission . The $ 2,000.00 dollars is only a  quote  It could be more took the car to a transmission place and the price to rebuild the transmission is $3,000.00. I always thought buying a used car would come with alot of hurdles. 613 totally wiped away all those stereotypes and i'm very satisfied and extremely happy with my purchase. I will be recommending to my friends and co workers as well...

We were; and remain more than willing to address any issues [redacted] had with his vehicle.  After becoming aware that [redacted] utilized social media to make a complaint, our [redacted] called [redacted] to determine what the issue was and inform him that we were willing to have him come to our shop to have issues repaired.  As [redacted] did not reach [redacted] directly, he left a message on his answering machine informing him of same.  [redacted] chose to take his vehicle elsewhere for repair; which we did not know until receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com.

I bought a car from the dealer, no sales pressure and they fixed all small loose end I ask for before receiving the vehicle
