Mr [redacted] emailed Top Dawg on May just after contacting the Revdex.com, I believe In the complaint to Revdex.com, he listed that he spoke with our company on separate occasions Top Dawg has no record of receiving any phone calls or emails from Mr [redacted] until May where we did respond to his email I have attached it here and highlighted the message exchange In the email exchange, he did state that he has not talked to anyone from our company As we told Mr [redacted] , he purchased this product from [redacted] and if he wants a refund then he needs to go to [redacted] as they received his money and are the only ones that can refund it We also told him that we can repair / replace the unit At this time we do not know if it is the unit malfunctioning or if there is a setting that is not correct which could create confusion A representative from our office has called him and left a voice mail for Mr [redacted] on May and on May but has not received a call back
