I had a website client who was interested in drop shipping with Top Dawg Pet Supply. They run a separate company that would fit perfectly with Top Dawg Pet Supply's drop shipping program, so we were very excited at first. My client had an existing webpage, so we were not interested in Top Dawg's website services, rather, we wanted to integrate the storefront into the existing page. We contacted Top Dawg and were told that this was not only possible, but as "easy as copy/paste," and would automatically update.
Six weeks later, we just canceled our account. The system was not at all what they presented it to be, we were misinformed by their employees not only at the beginning but also regarding another issue a few weeks into the process that caused us unnecessary time and expense, and we are entirely dissatisfied.
In short, we feel we were lied to just to get our business. I do not believe that Top Dawg is in the business of providing others with drop shipping capabilities, but, rather, in selling their own websites. I would presume this based on their lack of ability or desire to help us establish drop shipping with them unless we also bundle in with their templated website. Very unhappy and do not recommend Top Dawg Pet Supply to anybody.
