Top Digital Appliance is very unreliable and unprofessional Frigidaire scheduled an appoint for me with them on 9/*/between the hours of 8- They did show and repair the refrigerator but then I had to schedule another appointment with them because of the same issue Appointment was for 9/**/between the hours of 12-and they never showed They left a message hours later saying that they could not keep the appointment because they were busy Had Frigidaire schedule another appointment for 103/between 12- Called the office as I did on 9/** but no answer and was unable to leave a voicemail Called the cell number of the repairman - he said they were busy and they would call me back to let me know when they would arrive - never received a phone call from them This company really needs looking into They have received all bad reviews on *** Frigidaire and all other companies that use them for repairs should stop

Review: Top digital came to repair a Frigidaire Range top and in ther process damaged the interior electronic mechanism. They returned with a replacement that did not work and then came again with a new replacement that did not work. We have paid this company more half the money as a service plus the cost of the range top. The initial service call was in October 2014. They claim that they cannot be certain when they will arrive to do the work and usually show up in the evening after 8 PM although the appointment is for the afternoon.They did not show up for their last scheduled appointment. The company said that they csnnot make any money on this job.Desired Settlement: this company has many complaints lodged against them on line. I feel they have been given three chances to repair and have failed. I would rather find a more competent service.

They did show and repair the refrigerator but then I had to schedule another appointment with them because of the same issue. Appointment was for 9/**/15 between the hours of 12-5 and they never showed. They left a message 2 hours later saying that they could not keep the appointment because they were busy. Had Frigidaire schedule another appointment for 103/15 between 12-5. Called the office as I did on 9/** but no answer and was unable to leave a voicemail. Called the cell number of the repairman - he said they were busy and they would call me back to let me know when they would arrive - never received a phone call from them. This company really needs looking into. They have received all bad reviews on [redacted]. Frigidaire and all other companies that use them for repairs should stop.

Review: I contacted Top Digital Appliances to fix my Frigidaire fridge which was purchased on January [redacted], 2014 and is protected under the 1 year warranty. Top Digital Appliances is a service provider for Frigidaire and honors any fixes on their appliances within their warranty. I made a call Wednesday, June [redacted] to TDA to fix the fridge. They agreed to come between the hours of 12 - 4 on Saturday, June [redacted]. On Saturday they failed to show up and now all my food is spoiled or about to spoil. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food along with waiting around for 8 hours for no one to show up.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix my fridge which they promised to do as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

Review: Came to diagnose air conditioner problem-not cooling.

Without taking a look at coils of machine or testing it for leaks, they told me the coils were blocked with dirt, and there was a freon leak.They the told me my check had to be for 'cash"

instead of the businesses' name. I thought that very unusual.

They never called me as promised to discuss any repair, despite my attempts to contact.

I think they are just an answering service.

Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: They did nothing to diagnose the problem properly, nor did they call me to remedy

Review: We have an [redacted] washer and dryer. The dryer broke down. It is about 3 1/2 years old and cost about $1800. We chose Top Digital Appliances from a list of authorized [redacted] dealers and service people on their websitel. We called and they told us they would be at our house at 6pm the following night. Vistit One-The showed up 1 hour after the 2 hour window we were told they would arrive within. At which time, the service man, [redacted] proceeded to tell us the cost for his visit is $150 to diagnose the problem. The repairman, [redacted], gave us a receipt stating we needed a new motor and pulley and he would contact us with the cost for parts and installation/repair. We never heard back from them. A few days later we contacted Top Digital and they quoted us $785 to repair. We asked for a breakdown for labor and parts and they refused to tell us. We called [redacted] to find out the price of a new motor and made a complaint to [redacted] about Top Digital because they are partially responsible since they listed Top Digital on their website. We were told by [redacted] that we could purchase the parts ourselves and would discount it 40% for our trouble. We contacted Top Digital for a 2nd time explaining that we were willing to purchase the part on our own hoping we could save some money somewhere and top digital could install them. They refused to do it this way, stating that if we purchased the parts they would not do any work on the dryer because they didn't want to be responsible if the parts arrived damaged or broken. We told them [redacted] would take full responsibility for the parts they send. Top Digital informed us that either we use them for both parts and labor or forget using them at all. Having already invested $150 having them come to diagnose the problem, we didn't want to invest more money calling another service company who would also charge about the same price to diagnose the problem again, we decided to give Top Digital a chance to repair the dryer. We were scheduled for repair on Teusday of the following week. On Monday we called to confirm our appointment and the woman who works their told us the part was not in but they would come on Thursday or Saturday and call to let us know which day. On Thursday, no one contacted us so we called to see what time they would do the repair on Saturday and again the woman said she would call to let us know. No one called and no one came on Saturday. Many phone calls later, the same woman informs us that they would be coming Teusday. Now it's the 2nd Teusday promised and no one shows up. We were told the repair man would be there between 4pm and 6pm. We call in the afternoon to confirm and the woman says they are coming and will call. After calling many times because no one shoed up between those hours, and leaving many messages, the repair man, [redacted], calls us back and says he is running late but will be at our house by 8pm or 9pm the latest or we can reschedule. We wanted the dryer fixed so we decided to wait...and wait until we called again around 9pm and he told us tomorrow (Wednesday) he would be at our house at 6pm. He didn't call or show up at 6pm. Again we called and he said he would be there in an hour and showed up at 8pm. After 3 1/2 hours of working on the dryer he told us that the vendor sent him a broken part, the dryer was still not working and to pay him $450 for his services and that he would order the part for us and have it installed soon. When is soon? we asked and what are we paying you for? Our motor wasn't installed, the dryer is still broken. I truly believe Top Digital Appliances repair people are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. They belong on the "Shame on You" news segment that exposes bad businesses so as to avoid other innocent people like us losing out. We are already out of the $150 we paid them to diagnose the problem and will be out more money to hire someone else to come and diagnose the problem and do the repairs. In addition, when we called to speak to [redacted], the repair man, he was abrupt and rude to us on the phone. As if he were doing us a favor. IDesired Settlement: We would like our dryer repaired. We would like the dryer repaired. We want to know how much they are charging us for the parts and a break down on our receipt of the costs of parts and labor. We want our $150 back that we paid them to diagnose the problem if they do not fix the dryer. We will pay upon completion of fixing the dryer.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Top Digital Appliance regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have resolved the matter on my own by using another company to fix the dryer. I payed an additional $150.00 to have a different company come to diagnose and fix the problem. Top Digital called me two weeks after and I declined their offer to come and fix the dryer. I no longer trusted them to come to my house after they cancelled and never showed up several times as they promised. In addition, they were not not professional when speaking to us on the phone and in person. They were abrupt and showed unapologetic when they missed the several appointments.
