Top Dog Canine Day Care Reviews (3)

On July 25, a day pass was purchased by customer The customer had been using our services since 2009, usually about days per month With this particular pass, the customer used services on 7/25/2012, 7/30/2012, 8/27/2012, 9/21/and then 2/12/ After not seeing them for some months I called customer to check on the dog I was told they were doing fine and they would be back The next visit by the customer was 8/18/ At this time, I was informed by customer they haven't been coming because they were attending a different daycare out of town I had not seen or heard from customer for about a year when I received a phone call asking if I could refund the remainder of the pass I asked why they wouldn't be returning and was told the dog was just getting old and they hadn't really needed daycare I said I would have to take it into consideration During our next, and last conversation, I explained the dog had days left on his pass and was more than welcome to use our services for those days but I was not willing to refund the pass To my knowledge, the dog was still alive at that time Debbie R [redacted] Top Dog Daycare 360-789-

I am replying to Ms. Debbie R[redacted]’s response to my complaint #[redacted].  Please refer to my initial correspondence to the Revdex.com on 7/3/16.
I am not satisfied with her response for the following reasons.
-She stated that she told me that she would not refund my prepaid dog daycare fees.  However, after she said that, when we spoke on August 27, she said she would reconsider.  I did not get a response after she said that.
-Debbie stated that she had only spoken to me twice about this issue.  As stated in my initial correspondence, we spoke 4 times, and the fifth time she was not available, as she was on vacation.  I left a message for her to call me, but she did not return my call nor any of my other requested return calls.
-After not taking my dog for months to the dog daycare “out of town” that Debbie mentioned, the owner of that daycare called and asked me if I would be bringing my dog back for daycare there.  I said that I would not, and she, as a good business person and  on her own initiative, refunded the remainder of my unused daycare fees.  This is an example of good business/customer relations.
-My proposal is to request a refund of $50 for unused daycare services from Top Dog.  I am not requesting the whole amount for 4 unused days, just the $50 that Debbie initially quoted me that I had left.  If we can compromise on this issue and Debbie agrees to refund me $50 instead of the whole unused amount, I would be satisfied and consider her a great business person for working with a customer and would consider this a closed issue. This would go a long way with customer satisfaction with the business.

On July 25, 2012 a 10 day pass was purchased by customer.  The customer had been using our services since 2009, usually about 2 days per month.  With this particular pass, the customer used services on 7/25/2012, 7/30/2012, 8/27/2012, 9/21/2012 and then 2/12/2013.
After not...

seeing them for some months I called customer to check on the dog.  I was told they were doing fine and they would be back.  The next visit by the customer was 8/18/2014.  At this time, I was informed by customer they haven't been coming because they were attending a different daycare out of town.
I had not seen or heard from customer for about a year when I received a phone call asking if I could refund the remainder of the pass.  I asked why they wouldn't be returning and was told the dog was just getting old and they hadn't really needed daycare.  I said I would have to take it into consideration.  During our next, and last conversation, I explained the dog had 4 days left on his pass and was more than welcome to use our services for those days but I was not willing to refund the pass.  To my knowledge, the dog was still alive at that time.
