Did not show up for the appointment made twice. The business has initially returned my call and made an appointment to pick up junk on Oct 14. They never showed up. I called several times. They called back after several days and made another appointment for November 4. Did not show up.Desired SettlementI want them to pick up the junk from my driveway as soon as possible.

I purchased services. I've called multiple times, leaving messages. They changed there number I called more. They will not call back.August 31, 2013 I purchased "3 cubic yards of junk removal services" from Top Dog via Groupon. I called multiple times leaving messages including my name and phone number. They did not return my calls. In December the number was disconnected. In January I received an email from Groupon with a new number to reach Top Dog at. I have been calling weekly leaving messages with no return call. As of February 4 when I call the message says "this mailbox is full please try again". This Groupon expires February 27. I have been calling this business for SIX months with no response.Desired SettlementI want the cost of the services promised via Groupon returned. [redacted] dollars [redacted]

I purchased a [redacted] for junk removal by Top Dog Removal Services. Many phonecalls were made to arrange services with no responses over 4 months.After purchasing the [redacted] for Top Dog Removal Services, I attempted to reach this company for their services to be scheduled at my home. A message on the company's voicemail October stated that they were not able to provide services temp. until Nov.18, 2013. I called a few weeks after this stated date, and the phone # had been disconnected. I received a new # through [redacted] (after reporting the incident about their vendor to them) and the # was incorrect. After a month later, I received a new # again from [redacted] which was correct. I left multiple voicemails over multiple weeks with no response. My last call was answered by voicemail again, and I left a detailed message stating my upset and disappointment, that I still needed their services that I had already paid for and to please call me back within 24 hours or I would be finally calling [redacted] to issue a refund, and calling the Revdex.com to file a complaint. Obviously I never received that requested return phone call, so here I am complaining. I have also alerted [redacted] to the disappointment in their vendor, who I see often on their site offering deals on their services.I still have a garage with many items that need to be removed that were left over from a recent move and I will now have to pay more for another service to take care of this for me. Very very disappointed in a company that I was looking forward to doing business with. At least a return phonecall should have been given to their potential customer, even if they couldn't accommodate, the courtesy of a response would have been appreciated.Desired SettlementEither for them to come through with their services that I already paid for, or to receive a refund.

purchased a groupon.called to receive service.No responsePurchased a groupon that expired 11/29.Contacted the company on 11/1 to set up the service. Message said that they would be returning calls. Expiration days would be extended and that groupon was aware of their difficulties11/15 called again. Message stated will not be returning calls until after 11/18.Sent two emails at some point. No response.12/7-10: tried calling the company several times. Phone is set to not received phone calls. Phone #: XXX-XXX-XXXX. Desired SettlementI would like to have the service provided, but obviously that isn't happening. I want a refund of my full purchase price. $65.

top dog was hired to remove 4 oil tanks from my property.the removal resulted in an oil spill- phone calls are being ignored- requesting clean uptop dog team left a large oil spill on my paved drive after removing the oil tanks and threw the oil soaked rags from their ill attempted clean up into my dumpester. requesting proper clean up of these damages before their is any environmental impact from melting snowDesired Settlementtop dog team left large oil spill in the driveway and threw oil soaked rags into my dumpster.
