Well let me start by, saying they don't work with you, 2months ago I pawned items with to dollar pawn, well with in those two months I found out I had form bone cancer in my lower jaw, which I had to have all my teeth pulled and part of my lower jaw removed, so I had made several calls to them explaining my situation, they rest assured me my things were okay, when I finally got back to work and got a pay check I went straight there to renew, well much to my surprise , one of my items and defalted , and I tried to explain my situation and that I had already called times and was told things were okay, well the lady manger didn't even want to hear what is was telling her, so for me to keep my item it would be twice the amount, when all I had was the renewal fee Then she told me she busy and did have time to go look for my item and that I would have to come backWell I couldn't go back cause I had to go to workThey don't work with u

These people were rude from the moment I inquired about picking up my ringThe guy told me they had pulled itI immediately began to cry because of the sentimental value of the ringThe manager walked over and started getting angry that I was upsetSo I said in Missouri you have days, plus I was just in here and told you that I would be picking it upShe spouted off that Well in Colorado it is only 60, and your ring is goneAlthough I had other stuff in there and was in there less than days ago telling them I would be back for my grandmother's ring soon, they scraped itShe started screaming at me that I let it go a week ago, and that they tried to call meThey never called me! I have caller ID and voice mailShe is a liar and a thief!

I was dumbfounded when a lady after I tried calling and calling with and did not get an answer when finally someone answered the phone very Rudley saying she does not have time for me and to call back later and they are still ignoring my calls!

I have done a lot of business with Top Dollar Pawn and they are always friendly, professional, honest, and make the experience great! I highly recommend these people for all your business needs! I give them an A+ rating!!!

Avoid this's business at all costs. I had the worst experience with them. They are very shady and unprofessional. Please be careful. It is the entire company as when I had an issue and requested to speak to a manager they did everything their power to prevent me to speaking to a manager and when I did the manager was extremely rude. Very shady beware! There are other great shops to help you in the Colorado Springs area.

I have used Top Dollar only a couple of times but will go back If I ever need a loan again. They where very friendly and bent over backwards to help me keep my items. They called and let me know my loan was up, at that time I couldn't make the payment. Instead of saying sorry and keeping my item they extended my time, not only once but twice on the same loan. Where other companies would not have cared and kept my items. Thank you guys you have earned my business.
