Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/04/11) */ With respect,Top donair on ave is the second location in EdmontonOur policy is if the customer is not satisfied with the order,simly they return us the order and we refund their money or make them another same orderThis person has orderd so many times from us and he was always happy with his order.on March 26,evening he called the top donair and asked for delivery and he remineded us that his address May not shown in the [redacted] map so driver better call for directionMy driver called them but no answer so he put it in his cell map and left.The food was defenetly hot when it left.After minutes the customer recived his food he called us and explained that the food is coldI asked my driver the reason he was late, I found that there was no answer to his callSo I called the customer back and kindly asked them to bring in the food iether that day or next day so I can make them the same order or give them their mony back as our policyBut unfortunately this customer keep calling us or times for the same complain [redacted] And every time our staf would nicly invite them to be calm and please to bring the order back so we can refund itOn Sunday March in the morning the costomer brought the order back and got $cash back even more than what he paid( the total bill was $inclouding tip and delivery charg)We have the recipt that he signed that he got $cash bbackWe apologize for the inconvenient, we always want to reach customer satisfactionOur goal is to keep costiner happy so we can be in business[redacted]

orderd so many times from us and he was always happy with his order.on March 26,evening he called the top donair and asked for delivery and he remineded us that his address May not shown in the [redacted] map so driver better call for direction. My driver called them but no answer so he put it in his cell map and left.The food was defenetly hot when it left.After 35 minutes the customer recived his food he called us and explained that the food is cold. I asked my driver the reason he was late, I found that there was no answer to his call. So I called the customer back and kindly asked them to bring in the food iether that day or next day so I can make them the same order or give them their mony back as our policy. But unfortunately this customer keep calling us 8 or 9 times for the same complain [redacted] And every time our staf would nicly invite them to be calm and please to bring the order back so we can refund it. On Sunday March 27 in the morning the costomer brought the order back and got $30 cash back even more than what he paid( the total bill was $29 inclouding tip and delivery charg). We have the recipt that he signed that he got $30 cash bback. We apologize for the inconvenient, we always want to reach customer satisfaction.
