I ordered 2 sets of 2 dining chairs and received 2 sets of chairs that are different in color shade.
I ordered 2 sets of 2 tripton Dining Upholstered side chairs in the color beige on 09/12/19. Order # *** I used my *** card ending in *** in the sum of $277.00. I received the package on 09/14/19 and noticed very quickly that one set was a light beige with brown chair legs and the other set is a darker beige with Black chair legs. I sent photos of this to Top Drawer furniture and they sent me a measley $20 refund for my inconvenience. I told them the chairs did not match and asked for another set that would all be one beige color with brown legs like the description on their website says. I received one set of the same dark beige chairs with black chair legs. I wrote Top drawer furniture of this gross mistake and they told me that my order cannot be refunded. This is so unprofessional. I dont know anyone that would want a dining set in their home with chairs that fo not match.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all 4 chairs.

We are very sorry to hear this customer is not satisfied with the product they have received and we have worked diligently to offer reasonable accommodations to reach a resolution to the customer's satisfaction. Customer ordered 4 dining chairs from our website. After receiving the product, customer contacted us stating the four chairs they received were not all an exact perfect match to one another (customer stated some were slightly lighter and some were slightly darker). We informed the customer that due to this particular product being constructed using natural materials from the earth, that it is normal and typical that this particular item may exhibit a slightly lighter/darker shade variations from one item to another. Since the customer was not satisfied with the product, we suggested the customer to return all 4 items for a refund. Customer declined our offer and instead expressed their desired resolution to be to keep their favorite two of the chairs and exchange two of them. We cautioned that any replacement items would likely exhibit the same slight variations in shade (lighter/darker), but customer expressed a desire to proceed with the exchange regardless. Customer kept two of the original chairs and sent back the other two. Two new replacement chairs were sent to the customer. In addition, we offered a goodwill gesture of a partial refund for any inconvenience the customer may have experienced. After receiving the replacement chairs, customer again expressed the same dissatisfaction with the replacement items. We suggested this may not be the best product for the customer's needs, and suggested again that the customer return the products for a refund. Top Drawer Furniture received photos from me showing them that the chairs looked different (Please see attachment), I have these photos still and I also have every email they sent to me. Never did they offer for me to return the product for a refund, I had to DEMAND a partial refund for (my inconvenience) a partial refund for their error in shipping out dining chairs that looked different in the color of the chair legs and fabric. They responded originally with a $20 coupon to their website and I responded that I will never shop at their business again! I had to demand the partial refund because I spent my hard earned money with the intentions of receiving 4 dining chairs that were identical to each other. That did not happen. The "Diligence" they spoke of was non-existent. Being Diligent would be making sure when a customer submits an order, they receive exactly what they paid for. TOP DRAWER FURNITURE did NOT do that! They sent me an email stating they do not check every box before it is shipped. Does that seem like "Customer Service/Satisfaction" to you? That is Bad Business Practice! I do not appreciate being treated by them like I am trying to cheat this company. I would have loved to receive my dining chairs and went on with my life! I do not want to have to go through all of this. This whole complaint is because of an error on their end.... Not making sure I was shipped what I paid for. I am requesting a refund of all 4 dining chairs at NO COST TO ME!

Greetings, as has been conveyed previously, due to this being a handmade product made from natural materials from the earth, it is entirely normal for this product to exhibit some variation. Multiple quantity of the same item will appear "similar" but will never be exactly identical. While some will celebrate each item's uniqueness, it is not the perfect choice for everyone's decorating style or taste. We are very sorry the customer has not found satisfaction with the product. If this product does not meet the customer's needs, we remain gladly welcome to receiving a return of any unused and unwanted products in accordance with the return instructions/information conveyed in our previous response.

Ordered a 4 piece bedroom set received a headboard... When contact was made with seller was informed other pieces were lost in transit and that the items were no longer in inventory, when referencing original shipment tracking it is clear that only one item ever shipped. Seller lied and did not want to be held accountable for wrongfully listing of a product. Would not recommend doing business.
