Today he came by here and I was still asleep, at about 9: He rang my doorbell but I had earplugs in because I was waken up early from the neighbor's lawnmower By the time I got up to get the door he was already getting back into his truck He didn’t call or tell me he was coming I haven’t heard from him since June so I had no idea he was coming He left me a message then saying he could come by and I wasn’t even in town

I scheduled with Ms*** on five different occasions that she cancelled on me the day of. Every time I told her I would see her tomorrow, she'd have another excuse such as a doctor's appointment. I would ask her when to come and when that day comes, she would call me that morning
putting it off again. She would set another day, then call me with another excuse. I only have about sq ft to sand in her kitchen and it took almost a month because of all of her delays. She was very particular and I did everything she said - redid the whole thing. She was relentless with not letting us get our work finished. I told her do not walk across the floor and do not get it wet. She walked across it and did not turn her water off, so under the sink spewed all over the floor. We basically wipe the floor down with a wet towel (water pop) and if there is any kind of water drop, it would show up on the floor. She wouldn't follow any of my instructions and wouldn't keep appointments. It took one day to finish her kitchen and it took a month with all the cancellations. She wasn't being fair with me and it is a downer that she called the Revdex.com knowing I tried everything I could to satisfy her contract, all the way up to resanding it. I will make the repair for her but she needs to make an appointment and keep it. She cannot cancel again
