Review: I took my ford fusion to top gun automotive for transmission work. When I took my car in it was quite and drove smoothly. When I get my car back 7 days later its loud and rumbles I leave it with them 4 more days so they can fix the issues and when I come to pick it up nothing has changed and they tell me I need flippers my car was completely quite when I gave it to them now it sounds like a hooptie.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: On December 18, 2013, I took my vehicle to Top Gun because the car was running hot and the heater was blowing out cold air. The mechanic gave me a cooling system diagnostic, and informed me that I needed a thermostat. I paid for that service, only to have the car do the exact same thing approximately one week later. I took the car in again and the mechanic informed me that my hose clamp was defective and needed to be replaced. They claim to have replaced the hose clamp. On December 28th, the car started running hot again, so I took it back to the repair shop, and they informed me that there was most likely air pockets in the system that needed to be removed. They then performed the service needed to do that (or so they say). On January 5, 2014 my heat started blowing cold air again, and by the 8th, my car was running hot. I called the shop this morning to tell him of the problem, and stated that I wanted a refund, because if I bring it back, this will be my 4th visit within 2 1/2 weeks for the exact same problem. The owner said "abosolutely not, no cash refunds, look at your receipt." After saying that, he hung the phone up in my face. As a business owner, that behavior was very unprofessional, seeing as how they never fixed the problem to begin with. My vehicle was either misdiagnosed, or they did not perform any work whatsoever on my vechicle. Dealing with them will cause me to not have a vehicle at all. I'd be in big trouble if I didn't keep a bottle of antifreeze in the car with me, and I've went through about three full bottles during this ordeal.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the services performed because the problem has not been solved, and I've been there three times already.

Review: I took my car in to get a tune up and one of the guys that worked there told me the charge would be 76.99 plus taxes ok fine I told him that the check engine light was on and that it was reading a misfire he said ok the tune up should take care of that problem. I get my 02 Chevy impala back the light was still on and I had someone else take a look at the car and I was told that the shop never changed the spark plugs or the wires. I called the shop to inform them of this and he said they did do the work and I tried to explain to the guy that it wasn't done and can he take a look at it. He said they didn't change them because I used a coupon that came with certain items to be changed and said I should have read it. I told the man I never used a coupon and that I was quoted that price and I told him if he was doing a tune up and the wires or plugs or whatever was bad why wouldn't you tell the customer and I told them the code read misfire so he refused to fix my car the correct way yelled in my face and hung up on me three times. Very disappointed and once again another customer taken advantaged of. I even asked for the manager he said he was the manager and hung up in my face again. He also said they never checked to see was my wires bad on the car. So sad.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back that I paid that shop. I paid them 85 dollars for nothing.

Review: I took my car to this shop cause it was back firing they told me I needed this part and it would be fixed. I paid to have it fixed along with a couple more things they said I needed and it's still doing the same thing. Took it back up there three times after complaining that it's not fixed and they said they fixed it right. Took it to emissions they said it didn't pass cause it's still back firingDesired Settlement: I want a refund because they didn't fix the problem like they said or the receipt that I paid for said

Had intank fuel pump replaced,discovered fuel leak from pump area(32days after repair,car is a classic and stored).Took vehicle back to be inspected was met by owner with foul language,profanity,shouting in front of customer ,who left,and employee who later apologized. Vehicle given a inspection which owner tried to charge $55 dollars for. I refused to pay the fee as I felt the repair wasn't correct and Topgun just wanted the fee instead of trying to determine culpabilty. I took vehicle to different shop who confirmed topgun shabby repair and repaired leak. Also I was quoted one price by topgun then after vehicle repair(?) price inflated by almost$200. Topgun is a very disreputable,questionable,disrespectful,business. I was treated with blatant disregard,I personally witnessed verbal rudeness to other customers who stormed out of the business. He actually used the phrase in a sarcastic and beligerant tone "its Monday and I just love dealing with you people and your problems"

Review: I Took my car to Top Gun due to overheating. They installed a new radiator . When I went to pick up my car it wouldn't start. Nothing electrical is working in the car. I had it towed to another repair shop and was informed that Top Gun burned out my computer system and it must be fixed by a dealer. I called Top Gun. The gentleman I talked to refused to give me his name, sang La La La in my ear while I explained what they did to my car. He told me I wasn't going to be compensated for any damage they done to my car, then hung up on me. My car and electrical system was fine when I took it to Top Gun. It started and all electrical functions in my car was working. No one from Top Gun will talk to me. My car still isn't running and I lost my job because it's not bus accessible.Desired Settlement: I would like for Top Gun to pay to have my car repaired for the damage they caused, or refund me for the installation of the radiator.
