Beware - Shady business tactics
I made a best offer on a Turbo S on eBay which they acceptedI was speaking to a salesman who gave me numbers for my trade inEverything was acceptable so I sent in my credit applicationAfter not hearing back for 4-days I called to ask what the problem wasTurns out the sales person ( Andrej ) had gone on vacation and not told anyone about our in-progress deal
The next day the finance manager calls with numbers from the bank which had high monthly payments ( low rates )I asked what values they put on the carsThey had put +$on the Porsche value, and took away -$on my McLaren trade inI told him these were very incorrect and he had another sales person call me
He explained the sales person who gave me the numbers was not authorized to do so, and that the Porsche was on consignment and they hadn't even called the owner yetThey said the lowest they could go is $85k on the Porsche and no higher on the trade in value already discussed$off from what I was offered originally, BEFORE my credit was run ( and dinged for the new inquiry )
It's VERY unprofessional to renege on a deal which your employee had already madeEspecially after you already had run the finance application and got the numbers from the bank
These kinds of antics are unacceptable when dealing with cars at this caliber

I recently tried pairing an extra remote to my SRX and during the process my car was rendered un-startableI went to Dimmitt Cadillacs service department and explained my car would not start and was forward facing in a one car garage in parkI asked for assistance in the process for programming the remotes and they advised me to have my car towed in and that the tow company could disengage the car out of parkOne service advisor did print out a document and suggesting to following it and try again to reprogram the remotes but it was to no availI returned and service "technicians" advised me to have the car towed which would cost hundreds and that it would take an hour to clear the cars pairing mode and reprogram the remotesI called my mechanic I have done business with for years, with his experience he advise to disconnect the battery for a few seconds and try the remotes agai

On Dec 31, a car hit the drivers rear door and fenderA couple days later I got an estimate from Dimmit body shop and arranged for them to repair the carThe car was dropped of and I picked up a loanerThe car was promised to me at the end of the week but this did not happenAfter calling a couple of times, the car still was not ready for more weeksI received a call from my advisor David and he said the car was completedI asked him how it looked and he said it looked like new, I told him that was great and asked if he could send somebody my way with it and he didUpon receiving the car, I looked it over and immediately saw several large paint runs on the bottom underneath the door panelI also noticed the door looked odd as well as the way it was painted, the doors finish was applied way to heavy and produced a ripple effectThe young man that delivered the car agreed the repair was not done correctly and took it back to the deale

The company is offering a Cadillac ATS for down and 199/mo lease on their website Initially when I called them they said it was now downI went to the Pinellas Park location and was told they didn't have any there but the Clearwater location did I drove to the Clearwater location and was told they didn't have any either They then tried to upsell me to a more expensive model with a 299/mo payment and down This was a clear bait and switch They then said they were taking it down from their website, but it's still showing I read reviews from Yelp and google and this is clearly a pattern
