I had a horrible experience with this company recently! I usually get my windows washed twice per year, and get my home pressure washed about once per year, generally arranged by my window washerIn 10/13, Top Gun performed pressure washing of my home for $In 10/14, a different company (Pressure Wash Pros.), arranged by my painter, charged me $for this serviceIn 10/15, I had a new window washer, and he contacted my old window washer to find out who to use, and thus found Top Gun againThis was after he had cleaned the front porch area with his own equipment, which unfortunately failedHe did not obtain an estimate (mistake!), assuming the price would be about the samemonths later, I was contacted by phone by Top GunThey claimed they had sent me bills by mail, and that I hadn't paid themI was told my bill was $700!! I was outraged and upset, but did give her my email addressI hear nothing for about months, then was contacted by Amber, who informed me that my price had been discounted to $575, but that my account was overdueI spoke with her and explained that I felt that I should not have to pay this amount, since I had only paid $a few years earlier for the exact same service (less really, since my window washer had already cleaned the front porch area)She said she'd speak to an account managerThe next day, I received a curt message from her, explaining that I would need to pay the $575, and that my account was overdue and would go to collections soonThis was the first time I actually received a billI paid the amount, but have felt violated and taken advantage of, since this company for some reason thought it to be OK to almost triple their rates for the same service (or actually less) in yearsI understand the $I paid in 10/may have been under market value, but $is obviously ridiculously over market value! I also did not appreciate being threatened with being sent to collections, when I didn't even receive a bill for monthsI recommend that consumers shop around, always obtain estimates, and NOT use this unethical, opportunistic company for their pressure washing needs!
