1) The original cost of the firearm was $829.952) The customers who are signed up for their newsletter received an automated email generated at 8:00 PM (after store hours) indicating the...
firearm would go on sale for one day only for the cost of $599.953) There were no restriction first come first serve 4) The store had over a dozen units available for sale. 5) Customers receiving the newsletter had access to the company's website as well as their phone lines to make the purchase.6) By 11:24AM the firearm was sold out. 7) Unfortunately, the store no longer has the firearm in stock. If the business had the firearm they would have been more than willing to honor the sales price.

See the attached, ask Them where it says " first come, first served" as stated in Their reply. Again as per Their Ad there were No Restrictions on the quantity available for Purchase. I would Like to buy 1 at the price stated. Thank You, [redacted]
