Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Workers, [redacted] and ***, were sent to the house and walked up to the deck to examine the problem on Friday August at 12:30pm There was no call first There was no ringing of the doorbellI just happened to be home at that time and was concerned at seeing men walk up my back steps to my top deckIn examining the deck, both workers agreed with what was described in the complaint In addition, they pointed out to me other unstable boards that should have been replaced before painting.Steve describes touching up paint; however, there is an entire board that was stripped from paint and not repainted This is more than a touch up.The extra boards were picked up and I was assured that the crew would return on Monday August to complete the work.As of today, August 14, the work is not complete.The frustration is that this process started in April and my final check was provided in May, at what I was assured was the completion of the job It is now August, and I am still getting words attempting to provide customer satisfaction instead of action and professional resolutionTherefore, I am not satisfied with closing this complaint until the matter is actually resolved Sincerely, [redacted]

Regarding complaint ***My team was back there today addressing issues I also faxed a copy of this contract to your officeWe did replace deck boards on deck floor which none were on contract and paintedThis should resolve the issues also painting was addressed to home customer was home If you see in contract we have done are job.Thank You *** *** ***

To whom it may concern The materials wher picked up Friday debris some complaints are not on contract as items to repair assditional deck boards and post /pier is fineWill touch paint and change a couple deck boards not on contract to make customer happyI though worker replaced and took

I am rejecting this response because:Workers, [redacted] and [redacted],  were sent to the house and walked up to the deck to examine the problem on Friday August 5 at 12:30pm.  There was no call first.  There was no ringing of the doorbell. I just happened to be home at that time and was concerned at seeing men walk up my back steps to my top deck.
